I love this mop! It cleans great and most of all, no chemicals to speak of. It's also stingy on water, which is always a good thing.

I used the way it show on the booklet But its make my floor so dull and bad now its look very ver look and bad and I hav Eno clue how to fix its

This steam mop works wonderfully! It cleans the floor so quickly and easily. I absolutely love it. I am using it on bamboo flooring.

Used on tile floor around bar. Did a great job. Got it clean and dried quickly. Beats getting down on hands and knees.
