I was not happy with other methods of cleaning our hardwood floors so I thought I'd try a steam cleaner. Best idea I've ever had.

I am thoroughly enjoying this mop. Have tried several others in the past. There are hardwood floors in my kitchen and this is really a time saver.

The steam mop does a decent job of cleaning but instead of fragrance discs, it came with an empty bag.

I have another steam mop but it can't hold a candle to the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I love it and it works great.

Advertised that it would clean grout, it doesn't. Did a decent job on the tiles itself. Left water streaks on laminate floor.
