Cleans great, but leaves laminated floors looking dull. I guess that's to be expected when using steam. I like the steam power settings.

This mop constantly turns off while mopping. I always have to wait for it to turn back on. I would NOT recommend it!

This mop has awesome cleaning power and it only uses water! It has made our floors look like new and it dries fast! Love it!!!

I was not happy with other methods of cleaning our hardwood floors so I thought I'd try a steam cleaner. Best idea I've ever had.

This unit stopped working after approx. 15 uses. What a waste of money for the person who gave this to us for a Christmas present.

This product worked great for a few times then it started to leak water out of the back of it! I will just stick to regular mopping unfortunately :(

I love this steam mop. Fresh, clean and no streaks on my laminate floors!! I like how you can add scented water for a fresh clean smell.
