This is an easy to use alternative to mop and bucket. I will clean the kitchen floor more frequently because it is not such a dreadful experience!

I was not happy with other methods of cleaning our hardwood floors so I thought I'd try a steam cleaner. Best idea I've ever had.

This mop has awesome cleaning power and it only uses water! It has made our floors look like new and it dries fast! Love it!!!

this was great until it broke and won't steam anymore. did what it said in booklet and nothing changed.

I love this mop! It cleans great and most of all, no chemicals to speak of. It's also stingy on water, which is always a good thing.

It started to leak after a year. Not worth it. After using this mop, we will have to wipe the leftover water with a rag

Easy to assemble. Picked up a lot of dirt that the Shark left behind. Definitely happy with the purchase!

Use on my hardwood floors, removable water tank, heats up fast, light weight and works great! I love my Bissell.

It is so easy to use. It takes less effort to use than my previous mop. And I am able to do a better job than before.
