Cleans well, lightweight, easy to push and pull. Does not bunch up like some reviews claimed, wish I had bought one sooner.

I love this mop! It cleans great and most of all, no chemicals to speak of. It's also stingy on water, which is always a good thing.

Just got steam mop and it is GREAT. I have had other brands and they do not come close to cleaning like Bissell does.

Just got my steamer today and could not wait to try it out. One question I have . Why is it streaking my floors?

This mop constantly turns off while mopping. I always have to wait for it to turn back on. I would NOT recommend it!

Steam is not a subsitute for cleaning fluids. Bissell should develop a twin tank steamer. I want floors that sre more than sort of clean

Very disappointed. I had a shark before and there's no comparison. Not a lot of steam pressure did not clean as expected definitely going back
