Start leaking after 2 year's light use

After 2 years' light use, it starts leaking water from the hole in the back. Called the customer service, they suggest to buy a new one.

I highly recommend the Bissell PowerFresh steam mop 1940

Use on my hardwood floors, removable water tank, heats up fast, light weight and works great! I love my Bissell.

No. I dn't feel it strong enough to get grime off of tile.

I feel I need a more powerful steam to clean my white kitchen tiles. I even added cleaning liquid but still, areas are not cleaned, I see shadows.

Hi Chef - we strongly recommend against adding cleaning formula to this mop as it will damage the machine. We only recommend using distilled water.

Loved it!!

I loved it and I thought it was easy to slide it across the floor. Just easy to operate. Easier than my Oreck. For the price its really nice.

I would never use this mop again!

I purchased a second after the first quit working. Thinking it was just a fluke so I bought another and guess what, it working as well.

For an easier glide on your floor make sure the mop pad is completely wet, also with lowering the handle a bit when pushing may be of help.

I would recommend this product to others. It is lightweight.

It is so easy to use. It takes less effort to use than my previous mop. And I am able to do a better job than before.
