why do i have to reprogram machine and wait for it to warm each time i change outlets its just a matter of seconds

Great cleaner, have two dogs and this cleans mud and dirt with ease. No sticky residue left. Love the reusable cloth

I had no idea how dirty my floor (hardwood) was until I started using the Bissell steam cleaner. I used my Swiffer wet mop prior to that.

Cleans the floors really well. Puts down plenty of steam and does not streak the floors if you change pad when necessary.
