Easy to use cleaner for a laminate floor. Floor looks fantastic. As clean as the last time the floor was professionally cleaned. Highly recommend.

This mop constantly turns off while mopping. I always have to wait for it to turn back on. I would NOT recommend it!

This unit stopped working after approx. 15 uses. What a waste of money for the person who gave this to us for a Christmas present.

Machine performed well initially however I have not used it in a while and even though the machine is hot I have no steam - frustrated

Cleans well and does a decent job on tile but.... A pain to get replacement mop pads!!! Come on Bissell! Even you don't have any!
