I am a busy mom with 3 boys under 8 years old. I love this steam mop, it cleans up all their messes quickly and easily. It is lightweight and maneuvers well.

I love this steam mop. It glides effortlessly across the floor. The thick pads and step down brush are all a plus. It doesn't leave your floors overly wet like my old ones did.

I have hardwood floors over 70% our the 1st floor of our house. I have tried several cleaning systems and found that my new Bissell's mop is SUPER!

I feel I need a more powerful steam to clean my white kitchen tiles. I even added cleaning liquid but still, areas are not cleaned, I see shadows.

I used the way it show on the booklet But its make my floor so dull and bad now its look very ver look and bad and I hav Eno clue how to fix its

Used on tile floor around bar. Did a great job. Got it clean and dried quickly. Beats getting down on hands and knees.

it didn't clean the tile floor as good as i thought it would . it was average at best on the hardwood and tile floors.
