the pads get dirty in certain areas, one needs several pads in order to make sure one is not spreading the dirt more. and pads are hard to put on

I have hardwood floors over 70% our the 1st floor of our house. I have tried several cleaning systems and found that my new Bissell's mop is SUPER!

this is an awesome steamer never knew how much dirt was on my tile floor with just a mop... it was shocking.

This mop is great. Mop pads are the best. Easy to put on and take off. Water container easy to fill and install.

I used the way it show on the booklet But its make my floor so dull and bad now its look very ver look and bad and I hav Eno clue how to fix its

I just got this product and it leaves tons of water on the floor which then dries and leaves streaks. Not sure if anyone else has this issue.

I bought this product about 2 years ago. Hardly used, now it won't steam. Gets hot, no steam. Highly disappointed!
