This is so easy to use and it gives as good as it gets. I can't wait until I can get the rug glide part to freshen up the carpet between shampooing Hope the dog gets use to a nice smelling rug. Even makes the floor feel clean on bare feet.

Use it for kitchen and bathroom floors, one is vinyl time, the other, ceramic tile. Purchased because we have used our daughter's to help her out and love how it cleans.

adding water was a snap. fast heat up and very light weight and easy to use. long cord. love the choices of steam output. pads appear to be very durable and launder very well. would buy again or gift it to family member.

I previously owned the shark steam mop, they don't compare! This one heats up quickly, and does an awesome job. I have 2 dogs now and the flor can get pretty messy. Love it!

Works great but after awhile it drips hot water out the back and if not wearing anything on your feet will burn them. Bissell replaced it with no problems but now my second one and it is starting to do the same

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received this I was very impressed with it. Just over a year later, it is dripping water, low/no steam and basically worthless. If you are ok buying disposable items, this is for you.

This product is easy to use, light weight and moves easily over the floor. Clean up easy too, just take out extra water and throw mop head in washing machine. My floor is the cleanest it has been in 7 years. Love it!

I am very happy I purchased this steam mop. It is very easy to use and does a very nice job I have only used it once, but my floors really looked great after!
