We have an all tile floor and unit works great except one thing is that the water container is a bit to small and should be a little larger so it lasts longer when your steaming. All in all it works very good.

It's so easy to use. So easy to mop up small spills. It doesn't get my tile too wet and dries quickly. I wish I bought this a long time ago. I will never go back to using a regular mop.

Use only a couple of times but the water cap on top of the water tank broke.. also not easy to replace due to out of stock... will not buy the product from this company and not recommend to anyone.

For the 2 years it worked, it was great. But apparently the the apx. $100 price made it a "disposal" product. So I recommend it with the caution that it probably won't last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bet this is not a recommended use of the steam mop. Half wall of tile in urinal and toilet room are now spotless. Not impressed with grout scrubber for floors though.

I love this steam mop. It glides effortlessly across the floor. The thick pads and step down brush are all a plus. It doesn't leave your floors overly wet like my old ones did.

Works great on hard services. I don't recommend on wood bc if u leave it on one spot longer than 20 sec it will slightly ruin your floors. U really need to be careful on wooden floors and very quick

I was hoping that this steam mop would clean the grout in the tiles in my kitchen. The floor is much cleaner, but the grout needs to be cleaned separately. It's still a nice machine and I would recommend it.

This is the best floor cleaner I've ever had, it even cleans the grout! My floors look and feel so clean. I recommend using the Bissell scented liquid, it leaves the house smelling fresh and doesn't leave a film on the floor.

This is so easy to use and it gives as good as it gets. I can't wait until I can get the rug glide part to freshen up the carpet between shampooing Hope the dog gets use to a nice smelling rug. Even makes the floor feel clean on bare feet.
