Only have had it about a month, but easy to use. Did a great job on kitchen tile floor and removing build up in crevices in time. Scent discs which are optional provided a clean smell without being over powering.

Have had several steam mops in the past and was somewhat satisfied with them but the PowerFresh Steam Mop is the best one I ever had. Lots of steam, lots of cleaning power. Great mop.

It is very lightweight but puts out a good amount of steam. Easy for elderly and disabled to handle (we are all three). Cleaned kitchen and baths very well. Cord a little hard to handle. Thank you for making such a useful and easy to use product.

It even got thru the build up around my cabinets that was left behind from mopping! I love my new steam mop. Once it heats up (which takes minimal time) it glides over linoleum with no problems and cuts right thru sticky spots.

I like that the steam is continuous, that I don't have to push down on the handle for the steam. It really deep cleans and is light weight to handle. I used it on the rug with good results.

I wish I had discovered this long ago! I used to scrub my floors on hands and knees to do a really good job. This cleans better and is lightweight and easy to use. It does the job in a fraction of the time.

I've used this mop twice and so far so good! I like the fact this it seems automatically no handle clicking. A recoil on the cord would be nice, keep up the good work.

The cleaner works great on hardwood floors, but I have had to figure out how to use it on spots on carpets. Once I worked out a method, it did good on carpets using the plastic frame.

It's so easy to use. So easy to mop up small spills. It doesn't get my tile too wet and dries quickly. I wish I bought this a long time ago. I will never go back to using a regular mop.

LOVE THIS THING and ONLY TAKES WATER saves MONEY! Replaces all those "swifters" which we go through the liquids and pads so fast... this BISSELL takes water only and steams the floors CLEAN!!! LOVE IT! WORTH THE MONEY
