The cleaner works great on hardwood floors, but I have had to figure out how to use it on spots on carpets. Once I worked out a method, it did good on carpets using the plastic frame.

I had another brand name steamer and It felt like I was just pushing around the dirt. This machine has a very nice soft pile cover that holds the dirt and cleans it away. Very Pleased!

I used my steam mop today, it was so easy to assemble......only 1 screw.....took the 30 seconds to "warm" up.....made such a difference on the older linoleum! I needed a steam cleaner because 1 of my dogs is older and has many accidents!

I usually mop my tile kitchen and family room tile floors weekly. I am amazed the dirt that is on the pads when I am done. I feel my floors are cleaner now than with my old mop.

We have been using this product on our wood floors and tile. It is easy to use and works wonderfully. I like that it is lightweight, and the cord is a decent length for our long hallway! I would definitely recommend.

The steam mop itself is excellent. I gave it 4 stars only because the water container is not so sturdy. However, it is easy to get the replacement parts so no complaints. I love the product and it keeps my house clean and with a nice fresh smell!

This product is the best cleaning tool I have ever bought. No more ringing out mops or using buckets of water. Washing my floor would usually take me one hour. Now it takes me 15 minutes. Excellent product!!

This is the second purchase of this product as my wife is "crazy happy" with how it performs. Our tile floors are soooo clean ! This little cleaner has changed our way of life. Thanks for a wonderful cleaning tool.

I rated this steam mop a 5 star because it out works the steam mop I had. It worked great I thought until I used the Bissell machine. I like the 3 kinds of steam you can choose, unlike the other that had only 1 setting.
