I am bean very happy with my Bissell power fresh steam mop. It truly cleans my floors. I have a dog who is constantly bringing in dirt from his paws. The power fresh steam mop heats quickly and is perfect for spot cleaning too.

Good functionality for the price, but does not always glide easily over tile surface. The product does perform as advertised and is lightweight and easy-to-use.

So sorry I bought the Bissell 1940A steam mop. I have porcelain tile with grooves in it. The steamer did not get ANY of the dirt out. Also, the floor was hardly even wet. I would NOT recommend this product for the above reasons.

This mop found all the dirt that I could not see! I used it on tile floor that is tan/brown and it seems to clean really well. Makes me want to use it over again !

I am a busy mom with 3 boys under 8 years old. I love this steam mop, it cleans up all their messes quickly and easily. It is lightweight and maneuvers well.

I received my mop a couple of weeks ago and amazed as much time as it saves. Very easy to use and store. Very clean floor and I am very glad I do not have to haul mops and buckets anymore. Yeah! Great product and would recommend to anyone.

Purchased this mop two years ago and it stopped working. The unit gets hot but does not pump steam to the pad. Will consider purchasing another brand. We only use it about 4 times a year so a total of 8 times.

Works great on hard services. I don't recommend on wood bc if u leave it on one spot longer than 20 sec it will slightly ruin your floors. U really need to be careful on wooden floors and very quick

I love this product ! I have a lot of floor area. I was done quickly and I feel that my floors are clean and sanitized. The steam mop is light weight and easy to use. I don't know how I did with out it.

Product stopped working the third time I used it. No troubleshooting suggestions available for fixing the machine or to figure out why it stopped steaming/working. I would not buy this again.
