Good functionality for the price, but does not always glide easily over tile surface. The product does perform as advertised and is lightweight and easy-to-use.

The cleaner works great on hardwood floors, but I have had to figure out how to use it on spots on carpets. Once I worked out a method, it did good on carpets using the plastic frame.

So far, so good. I've only had the cleaner for one month, but love to use it. Our home is almost entirely tiled and I love the fact that if I have to do a quick clean-up in the kitchen, I just have to plug in and go. Great little machine.

I replaced a Shark floor cleaner that broke down within a year of purchase. I was immediately impressed with ease of use and a great job it did on my tile floors. Highly recommend.

I think this steamer is over-rated. Yes, it cleans pretty well, but the floor is significantly wet after I'm done, and I have to come back to mop up the water when finished.

I researched several different steam mops and this one received rave reviews. I love that it is all steam that is cleaning my floors and we don't have to use chemicals. Highly recommend this steam mop

Use only a couple of times but the water cap on top of the water tank broke.. also not easy to replace due to out of stock... will not buy the product from this company and not recommend to anyone.

Lightweight and very easy to use! I have a lot of tile in my home and this mop makes life so much easier for me. Had an issue and customer service immediately took care of it. Will definitely purchase Bissell products in the future.
