[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why this just quit i have no idea. It sounded like something I could use but one of the turn offs is it has no on/off switch.

I had previously owned a different brand of steam mop and thought it did an okay job till I used this one. What a difference. The dirt that came up was amazing which means all along when I thought the other mop was doing okay it really wasn't.

In the beginning I loved my mop and for months it was great, but a couple months ago it stopped working and I wrote your company and I received nothing but a e-mail that did not tell me what to do. can you help me with this?

Easy to use and very lightweight. Floor must be clean (vacuumed) to start otherwise the mop head does get pretty dirty. Using primarily on tile and laminate floors, so far, so good.

I actually won this mop and I like it a lot Cleans like I expected to and easy to use I like the steam controls since I have laminate flooring and traditional vinyl It cleans both well and easily!

We have an all tile floor and unit works great except one thing is that the water container is a bit to small and should be a little larger so it lasts longer when your steaming. All in all it works very good.

Good functionality for the price, but does not always glide easily over tile surface. The product does perform as advertised and is lightweight and easy-to-use.

I love my steam mop my floors never felt so clean all of a sudden I was cleaning and there is no steam help what happened I have had it for over a year and am lost without it maybe the Bissell fairy is in the area lol

It even got thru the build up around my cabinets that was left behind from mopping! I love my new steam mop. Once it heats up (which takes minimal time) it glides over linoleum with no problems and cuts right thru sticky spots.

I absolutely love my new floor steamer! We have a dog, cats and parrots and this appliance is easy to use and keeps my floors and carpets clean and fresh!
