[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the mop about a month or so ago and it did a great job at first. Now it's not heating up anymore. :(

So far so good. I love this mop. Easy to push, easy to assemble. Love the fragrance disc. House smells fresh and floors feel great. Love that the mop stands on it's own. Water tank was easy to use and fill. So far so good. Loving it.

I love my steam mop and have recommended it to many. Perfect for my tile in kitchen, hallway and bath. So easy to use plus Bissell is a great company that stands behind its products. It cleans good and fast with quick drying floors. Thank you

I had another brand name steamer and It felt like I was just pushing around the dirt. This machine has a very nice soft pile cover that holds the dirt and cleans it away. Very Pleased!

I love this steam mop! Floors come out spotless and with practically no effort! Cannot believe I waited this long to purchase one! Excellent product!!!

Product stopped working the third time I used it. No troubleshooting suggestions available for fixing the machine or to figure out why it stopped steaming/working. I would not buy this again.

I replaced a Shark floor cleaner that broke down within a year of purchase. I was immediately impressed with ease of use and a great job it did on my tile floors. Highly recommend.

Delivers everything I need...cleaning and removing footprints and dirt from dog! I have dark wood floors and it cleans them beautifully. Easy to use too!

I've used this mop twice and so far so good! I like the fact this it seems automatically no handle clicking. A recoil on the cord would be nice, keep up the good work.

Works great but after awhile it drips hot water out the back and if not wearing anything on your feet will burn them. Bissell replaced it with no problems but now my second one and it is starting to do the same
