This is my 4th bissell steamer and I have not had this problem before. I am unable to remove the water tank on this unit. Have to call my husband every time which is very inconvenient.

So far so good!!!!!! love how fast it heats up Cleans well The little dics for smell don't do much a waste !!!!!!!! for the price is much better than a shark!

I am bean very happy with my Bissell power fresh steam mop. It truly cleans my floors. I have a dog who is constantly bringing in dirt from his paws. The power fresh steam mop heats quickly and is perfect for spot cleaning too.

I actually won this mop and I like it a lot Cleans like I expected to and easy to use I like the steam controls since I have laminate flooring and traditional vinyl It cleans both well and easily!

I usually mop my tile kitchen and family room tile floors weekly. I am amazed the dirt that is on the pads when I am done. I feel my floors are cleaner now than with my old mop.

The Bissell Steam Cleaner is the best! If I had known earlier how great a hard floor cleaner it is, I would have definitely bought it sooner. It's easy to use and really cleans my tile floors thoroughly.

At its low price I expected less. But this Bissell steamer really works. I used it on a linoleum, kicthen floor. It really lifted the well worn dirt and made our floor looked incredibly better.

When I first bought this floor steamer, I really liked it. It broke within 6 months. The steam doesn't come out of the bottom, it comes out in the back for some reason, not on the bottom like it did when it worked. Disappointed.

I had a different brand steam mop that went out. I started shopping online for a new one, I found this Bidsell and ordered it. Used it once and loved it so much I bought one for my son and daughter in law. Great product!!
