My vinyl flooring looks like wood, complete with the wood grain, and the steamer works very well. I previously had to dry the floor when washing it and don't have to do it with the steamer.

I bought this Oct 27 2018, well its not even a year. the water tank nozzle melted and no steam comes out. The short time it did work it worked great. Wish I could get my money back.

I hate mopping floors and the steam mop make it easy, fast and efficient. I've had it a few months now, and I can't fault it. I strongly recommend it.

I bought this and it stopped working after about 18 months. Called them and they sent me a new one which was pretty straight forward. It works so well on my floors and is easy to use for quick clean ups after my kids

My wife has Erythromalalgia and can't wear shoes anytime because of her hot feet. The BISSELL Steam Mop quickly cleans and keeps our floors germ free and protects her feet from infection. I'm glad we bought it.

This steam mop is a little cumbersome to use. It does a good job but it is not easy to manipulate. You would think that the steam would make the mop easier to use, however that is not the case.

I used my steam mop today, it was so easy to assemble......only 1 screw.....took the 30 seconds to "warm" up.....made such a difference on the older linoleum! I needed a steam cleaner because 1 of my dogs is older and has many accidents!

We have an all tile floor and unit works great except one thing is that the water container is a bit to small and should be a little larger so it lasts longer when your steaming. All in all it works very good.

I usually mop my tile kitchen and family room tile floors weekly. I am amazed the dirt that is on the pads when I am done. I feel my floors are cleaner now than with my old mop.
