This steam mop is a little cumbersome to use. It does a good job but it is not easy to manipulate. You would think that the steam would make the mop easier to use, however that is not the case.

Received my order and in less than 10 minutes, I had shinny floor. Would definitely recommend it. Can't wait till I buy upholstery cleaner from bissell. It will be helpful being a mom.

I love this bissell cleaner. It is my second one because my first one quit one day. I hope this one lasts longer. So far it seems to be working well & doing a great job on tile & wood.

It is very appropriately priced at less than $100.00. I did not expect this to be perfect and so it is. It has lessened my use of my other mops but has not replaced them.

This is the best floor cleaner I've ever had, it even cleans the grout! My floors look and feel so clean. I recommend using the Bissell scented liquid, it leaves the house smelling fresh and doesn't leave a film on the floor.

I love the machine but it drips water from the resvoir, I cannot figure out what is wrong, Everything seems hooked up correctly, and it works good, but it drips. Any ideas on what is wrong?

When I first bought this floor steamer, I really liked it. It broke within 6 months. The steam doesn't come out of the bottom, it comes out in the back for some reason, not on the bottom like it did when it worked. Disappointed.

Over all I am satisfied...my issue is that it isn't steaming all the built up dirt out of the grooves, etc. Leaving my excellent quality with splotchy areas. Need to know what I need to do to remove this residue.

We loved this vacuum cleaner from the first use. It is easy to use and no more bending, pulling or pushing. The Fabreze filter is also a sweet smelling option. I actually enjoy using it!

Very good product-easy too use-Except There is no on/off switch, which has been reported before. Does the job it's suppose to and does it very well. Would buy one again.
