For the 2 years it worked, it was great. But apparently the the apx. $100 price made it a "disposal" product. So I recommend it with the caution that it probably won't last a long time.

Worked great then it just stopped after 10 months. Really sad I bought one over 3 years ago not a Bissell but one that swims in the ocean gave it to my mother and she is still using it. This is ridiculous.

I loved this steam mop, lightweight, and clean very well my floors. But it just stop working, it doesn't turn on. It works very well for almost 20 months.

we bought this for disinfecting playroom areas due to Covid . Loved it the first 2 days. Tried to start it again and it would not. Has not started and we have only had it maybe 2 weeks.

I love this product ! I have a lot of floor area. I was done quickly and I feel that my floors are clean and sanitized. The steam mop is light weight and easy to use. I don't know how I did with out it.

Can't believe I waited so long to buy this steam mop. Had the floor cleaned in no time at all, and my knees and back were in excellent shape, no more on my knees scrubbing. This pr9duct is excellent!

This is the second one I've purchased and like the first one it has stopped working after a year. Must be why they only have a 1 year warrently. I would have given it negative 5 stars if it was an option.

Use it for kitchen and bathroom floors, one is vinyl time, the other, ceramic tile. Purchased because we have used our daughter's to help her out and love how it cleans.
