I use it for deep cleaning and for removing spots. I have owned another steamer and this one out does it by far. I love it and don`t mind taking it out to clean.

Worked great then it just stopped after 10 months. Really sad I bought one over 3 years ago not a Bissell but one that swims in the ocean gave it to my mother and she is still using it. This is ridiculous.

One of my cleaning clients had one of these. I couldn't get enough of it and ordered one for my home. It love how quickly it heats up and picks up dirt. This is the best steam mop I have ever used and I have tried several.

I researched several different steam mops and this one received rave reviews. I love that it is all steam that is cleaning my floors and we don't have to use chemicals. Highly recommend this steam mop

Use only a couple of times but the water cap on top of the water tank broke.. also not easy to replace due to out of stock... will not buy the product from this company and not recommend to anyone.

I have only used my steam mop once but I could tell I am going to love it. It is sturdy and I really like being able to control the amount of steam released. The look of my ceramic tile improved after only one use.

I rated this steam mop a 5 star because it out works the steam mop I had. It worked great I thought until I used the Bissell machine. I like the 3 kinds of steam you can choose, unlike the other that had only 1 setting.

I never knew it could be soooo easy to clean the floors. I actually hear my shoes squeak across the tile floors. Life really can be good with this Bissell 1940 product! How easy, quick and painless can cleaning the floor be! Excellent Product!

I love my power fresh steam mop. I have been able to stains off my kitchen floor that have there since we moved in. The hardwood turned out beautiful and shines.

It is very lightweight but puts out a good amount of steam. Easy for elderly and disabled to handle (we are all three). Cleaned kitchen and baths very well. Cord a little hard to handle. Thank you for making such a useful and easy to use product.
