I tried the Shark stream mob first. The cord was way to short, the replacement pads are expensive. The water tank is way to small. Always had to stop numerous times to fill it up.

This is my third steam mop.. I love how quick and easy it is to do the floors with them.. sure don't miss dragging a mop bucket and rag around.. and being on hands and knees

Purchased this mop two years ago and it stopped working. The unit gets hot but does not pump steam to the pad. Will consider purchasing another brand. We only use it about 4 times a year so a total of 8 times.

Absolutely love this steam mop. It is high powered and easy to mop. Don't have to work hard to get a clean floor. For the price you are getting your monies worth! But just an FYI! The scented water is not worth the money.

This is a great lightweight machine to be able to clean tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, entry anywhere there is a hard surface. The cord could be a bit longer but I just switched plugs.

This is one of the best products that a person could get. It leaves your house smelling clean and fresh. It does a great job sanitizing. I give it an A+++

I researched several different steam mops and this one received rave reviews. I love that it is all steam that is cleaning my floors and we don't have to use chemicals. Highly recommend this steam mop

I LOVE this steam mop. It's quiet, easy to use, gets in nooks and hard to reach spots, lays flat for under furniture and priced very reasonably. I would definitely recommend this product!

This is the second one I've had. The first one leaked out of the pressure relief valve and Bissell graciously replaced it. The replacement is now doing the same thing.
