I'm sorry, this unit is terrible. The mop does not clean the floors leaves streaks on the tile floors. I have always purchased Bissell products, not anymore.

So far so good. I love this mop. Easy to push, easy to assemble. Love the fragrance disc. House smells fresh and floors feel great. Love that the mop stands on it's own. Water tank was easy to use and fill. So far so good. Loving it.

Hi I purchased this steam mop two years ago and was happy to use it all around my house. However this steam mop is leaking water every where now. No matter what position of steam I set it up to its still leaking water. Please help me out.

I have a multiple pet household. I use this daily between deep cleaning floors to keep them fresh. I like this a lot. Definitely do NOT use tap water as that will clog up the machine.

My vinyl flooring looks like wood, complete with the wood grain, and the steamer works very well. I previously had to dry the floor when washing it and don't have to do it with the steamer.

I was hoping that this steam mop would clean the grout in the tiles in my kitchen. The floor is much cleaner, but the grout needs to be cleaned separately. It's still a nice machine and I would recommend it.

Used yesterday first time. Used on tile floor around bar.Got it clean and dried quickly. Very satisfied. Beats getting down on hands and knees to clean. Highly recommend.

Love it! Just what I needed. Saves my knees and back. Does a great job! The only thing that would make it super perfect is if it was detachable so I could do the walls at the same time instead of having to pull out my Bissell Steam Shot.

This is so easy to use and it gives as good as it gets. I can't wait until I can get the rug glide part to freshen up the carpet between shampooing Hope the dog gets use to a nice smelling rug. Even makes the floor feel clean on bare feet.
