It's so easy to use. So easy to mop up small spills. It doesn't get my tile too wet and dries quickly. I wish I bought this a long time ago. I will never go back to using a regular mop.

This is a great lightweight machine to be able to clean tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, entry anywhere there is a hard surface. The cord could be a bit longer but I just switched plugs.

I have had this steam cleaner about a year and truly love it! Today i just figured out what I can use the scrub thingy for - GROUT! It was so easy, cleaned my dining room and hall in 30 minutes! I can't believe i didn't try this sooner!

Worked great then it just stopped after 10 months. Really sad I bought one over 3 years ago not a Bissell but one that swims in the ocean gave it to my mother and she is still using it. This is ridiculous.

The cleaner works great on hardwood floors, but I have had to figure out how to use it on spots on carpets. Once I worked out a method, it did good on carpets using the plastic frame.

First 10 minutes started out great, then just wet floors, very wet floors with dirt puddle. Lots of gurgling but no steam. What is going on? Tried it again later with new pad, first 10 minutes great then the same thing.

I used my steam mop today, it was so easy to assemble......only 1 screw.....took the 30 seconds to "warm" up.....made such a difference on the older linoleum! I needed a steam cleaner because 1 of my dogs is older and has many accidents!

Bought this product on April 23rd and by Sunday april 26th it completely quit working and if you touched the plastic it was so hot that it would burn your felt like it was melting the plastic around the motor!

We have been using this product on our wood floors and tile. It is easy to use and works wonderfully. I like that it is lightweight, and the cord is a decent length for our long hallway! I would definitely recommend.

Steam mop is extremely hard to push when first starting out. My flooring is only laminate with no deep groves. Mop head does not get the floor clean. Mop head is never completely dirty over the entire mop head.
