I use this product to clean the floors. It does a very nice job and is easy to use. My problem is I have had two caps break for the water container. I can't use it until I get a replacement cap.

I wish Bissell would make a device similar to the carpet glider with short flexible bristles so that it worked on rough tile surfaces. That would make this machine perfect.

I usually mop my tile kitchen and family room tile floors weekly. I am amazed the dirt that is on the pads when I am done. I feel my floors are cleaner now than with my old mop.

Hi I purchased this steam mop two years ago and was happy to use it all around my house. However this steam mop is leaking water every where now. No matter what position of steam I set it up to its still leaking water. Please help me out.

I am a busy mom with 3 boys under 8 years old. I love this steam mop, it cleans up all their messes quickly and easily. It is lightweight and maneuvers well.

It is very appropriately priced at less than $100.00. I did not expect this to be perfect and so it is. It has lessened my use of my other mops but has not replaced them.

We have an all tile floor and unit works great except one thing is that the water container is a bit to small and should be a little larger so it lasts longer when your steaming. All in all it works very good.

1. Lives up to its advertising, good quality, good price! 2. For a 76 year old, it is light weight and leaves my tile extra clean...much better than previous products I've used. 3. Price is extremely competitive.
