I rated this steam mop a 5 star because it out works the steam mop I had. It worked great I thought until I used the Bissell machine. I like the 3 kinds of steam you can choose, unlike the other that had only 1 setting.

It's so easy to use. So easy to mop up small spills. It doesn't get my tile too wet and dries quickly. I wish I bought this a long time ago. I will never go back to using a regular mop.

I love this steam mop. It glides effortlessly across the floor. The thick pads and step down brush are all a plus. It doesn't leave your floors overly wet like my old ones did.

Works great but after awhile it drips hot water out the back and if not wearing anything on your feet will burn them. Bissell replaced it with no problems but now my second one and it is starting to do the same

Bought this product on April 23rd and by Sunday april 26th it completely quit working and if you touched the plastic it was so hot that it would burn your felt like it was melting the plastic around the motor!

Thank you so much for a mop steamer that you can see steam...i mean steam continually coming out of the bissell....i love the disc, but i do wish it lasted longer...no more so called steam mops for me...I'm sold thank you bissell...

I have a dog and 2 toddlers this thing works so good it got up gum stuck to my floor I was amazed with it I use it daily every room in my house is hard wood floors as well keeps all the dirt out my bed love it

After my cat makes a mess while eating, and the food dries on the floor, I use this to deep-clean the floor, since the canned food tends to get stuck to the wood.

I am so pleased with my new Bissell Steam Mop....Even I could easily put it together and used it right away....Amazing how much "dirt" I got off my kitchen flooring...Also used it in the tiled bathrooms and happy I bought this vac.
