So sorry I bought the Bissell 1940A steam mop. I have porcelain tile with grooves in it. The steamer did not get ANY of the dirt out. Also, the floor was hardly even wet. I would NOT recommend this product for the above reasons.

Can't believe I waited so long to buy this steam mop. Had the floor cleaned in no time at all, and my knees and back were in excellent shape, no more on my knees scrubbing. This pr9duct is excellent!

I just received my steam mop, I love it. I clean the floor in about 1/3 the time. We live out of the city and my kitchen floor gets very dirty. This is the best thing I have gotten in a long time. It is a great tool. I highly recommend it.

This is a great lightweight machine to be able to clean tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, entry anywhere there is a hard surface. The cord could be a bit longer but I just switched plugs.

Had this mop for 18 months and the steam stopped working properly. Unit will stop steaming for 5-8 seconds and then work again off and on. Warranty is one year. Hoped it would have worked longer. Loved it while it worked.

My wife has Erythromalalgia and can't wear shoes anytime because of her hot feet. The BISSELL Steam Mop quickly cleans and keeps our floors germ free and protects her feet from infection. I'm glad we bought it.

I used my steam mop today, it was so easy to assemble......only 1 screw.....took the 30 seconds to "warm" up.....made such a difference on the older linoleum! I needed a steam cleaner because 1 of my dogs is older and has many accidents!

I love my steam mop my floors never felt so clean all of a sudden I was cleaning and there is no steam help what happened I have had it for over a year and am lost without it maybe the Bissell fairy is in the area lol

I was hesitant to purchase a steam cleaning device in fear of difficulty in usage. To my surprise it is such a pleasure to use--much better than a mop.
