I am bean very happy with my Bissell power fresh steam mop. It truly cleans my floors. I have a dog who is constantly bringing in dirt from his paws. The power fresh steam mop heats quickly and is perfect for spot cleaning too.

We loved this vacuum cleaner from the first use. It is easy to use and no more bending, pulling or pushing. The Fabreze filter is also a sweet smelling option. I actually enjoy using it!

Hi I purchased this steam mop two years ago and was happy to use it all around my house. However this steam mop is leaking water every where now. No matter what position of steam I set it up to its still leaking water. Please help me out.

Bought this product on April 23rd and by Sunday april 26th it completely quit working and if you touched the plastic it was so hot that it would burn your felt like it was melting the plastic around the motor!

I had my steam mop for about a year and my water tank cap cracked and I thought it was me but after reading the review it looks like its a big issue but other than that I love how it steam cleans my floor. I will never go back to a bucket and mop.

This product is easy to use and work fine for light cleaning. Bought the steamer to clean my tile floors, the grout is hard to clean and this might do the trick. It did lighten it up not what I was expecting.

I think this steamer is over-rated. Yes, it cleans pretty well, but the floor is significantly wet after I'm done, and I have to come back to mop up the water when finished.

The cleaner works great on hardwood floors, but I have had to figure out how to use it on spots on carpets. Once I worked out a method, it did good on carpets using the plastic frame.

This is a great steam mop. It does an awesome job and gets the floors clean. Very light weight and easy to use, it doesn't take long to clean the floors.

I usually mop my tile kitchen and family room tile floors weekly. I am amazed the dirt that is on the pads when I am done. I feel my floors are cleaner now than with my old mop.
