This mop found all the dirt that I could not see! I used it on tile floor that is tan/brown and it seems to clean really well. Makes me want to use it over again !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bet this is not a recommended use of the steam mop. Half wall of tile in urinal and toilet room are now spotless. Not impressed with grout scrubber for floors though.

Had this mop for 18 months and the steam stopped working properly. Unit will stop steaming for 5-8 seconds and then work again off and on. Warranty is one year. Hoped it would have worked longer. Loved it while it worked.

I own several Bissell products and this one continues to impress me. It cleans very well and so light & easy to use. Love the way it swivels into every corner and under kitchen cabinets. A++++

First 10 minutes started out great, then just wet floors, very wet floors with dirt puddle. Lots of gurgling but no steam. What is going on? Tried it again later with new pad, first 10 minutes great then the same thing.

Use exclusively at our SC vacation home. Used between deep cleaning with a more powerful commercial steamer at our primary residence. Wife likes it because it's less cumbersome to move around.

Purchased a hard floor steam cleaner for use on both tile and hardwood floors. It does an excellent job on both. I enthusiastically recommend the Bissell steam cleaner.

I bought this Oct 27 2018, well its not even a year. the water tank nozzle melted and no steam comes out. The short time it did work it worked great. Wish I could get my money back.

I purchased the Bissell Power fresh steam mop and used it twice and so far all I can say its the best mop I have had so far . After six month I will write another update and let people know how it performs.

Lightweight and very easy to use! I have a lot of tile in my home and this mop makes life so much easier for me. Had an issue and customer service immediately took care of it. Will definitely purchase Bissell products in the future.
