Hi I purchased this steam mop two years ago and was happy to use it all around my house. However this steam mop is leaking water every where now. No matter what position of steam I set it up to its still leaking water. Please help me out.

So far so good. I love this mop. Easy to push, easy to assemble. Love the fragrance disc. House smells fresh and floors feel great. Love that the mop stands on it's own. Water tank was easy to use and fill. So far so good. Loving it.

Only have had it about a month, but easy to use. Did a great job on kitchen tile floor and removing build up in crevices in time. Scent discs which are optional provided a clean smell without being over powering.

This is a lightweight machine making maneuverability easy. The water supply heats up fairly quickly, so you may start cleaning quickly. Adding the scented Bissell distilled water gives a nice clean aroma.

I am a busy mom with 3 boys under 8 years old. I love this steam mop, it cleans up all their messes quickly and easily. It is lightweight and maneuvers well.

At its low price I expected less. But this Bissell steamer really works. I used it on a linoleum, kicthen floor. It really lifted the well worn dirt and made our floor looked incredibly better.

I like that the steam is continuous, that I don't have to push down on the handle for the steam. It really deep cleans and is light weight to handle. I used it on the rug with good results.

When I first bought this floor steamer, I really liked it. It broke within 6 months. The steam doesn't come out of the bottom, it comes out in the back for some reason, not on the bottom like it did when it worked. Disappointed.

This is my 4th bissell steamer and I have not had this problem before. I am unable to remove the water tank on this unit. Have to call my husband every time which is very inconvenient.

I actually won this mop and I like it a lot Cleans like I expected to and easy to use I like the steam controls since I have laminate flooring and traditional vinyl It cleans both well and easily!
