I absolutely love my new floor steamer! We have a dog, cats and parrots and this appliance is easy to use and keeps my floors and carpets clean and fresh!

I received my mop in March 2015. It has been working great and is easy to use but this week it has started dripping water and making noises. The steam is not working properly either. Was hoping this would last longer than it did.

The Bissell Steam Cleaner is the best! If I had known earlier how great a hard floor cleaner it is, I would have definitely bought it sooner. It's easy to use and really cleans my tile floors thoroughly.

I am bean very happy with my Bissell power fresh steam mop. It truly cleans my floors. I have a dog who is constantly bringing in dirt from his paws. The power fresh steam mop heats quickly and is perfect for spot cleaning too.

So far so good. I love this mop. Easy to push, easy to assemble. Love the fragrance disc. House smells fresh and floors feel great. Love that the mop stands on it's own. Water tank was easy to use and fill. So far so good. Loving it.

Hi I purchased this steam mop two years ago and was happy to use it all around my house. However this steam mop is leaking water every where now. No matter what position of steam I set it up to its still leaking water. Please help me out.

I've head it for 1 year. Now it just won't steam. i've tried all I could think off, removed the tank fill it put it back, detach the lower unit, put it back. Nothing.. I loved it when it was working.
