I never knew it could be soooo easy to clean the floors. I actually hear my shoes squeak across the tile floors. Life really can be good with this Bissell 1940 product! How easy, quick and painless can cleaning the floor be! Excellent Product!

Wow, this thing is amazing. I now have a reason to stop splashing water all over my floor with a bucket and sponge mop that never got up the dirt. Why did I wait to give this a try.

Down side I can not buy just 2 soft microban mop pads. Have to take 1soft microbam & 1 with scrubbing strips. This is a desservice to the customer.The factory will pakage what Bissell asks for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for the first time today. It left streak marks on our wood laminate floors. Can anyone give me tips on how I can not have the streaks?

Steam mop is extremely hard to push when first starting out. My flooring is only laminate with no deep groves. Mop head does not get the floor clean. Mop head is never completely dirty over the entire mop head.

WHAT A WELCOME CHANGE FROM MY OLD SHARKY.NO PUMPING,NO STREAKS LEFT BEHIND. A NICE LARGE PAD WITH A BUILT IN SCRUBBER FOR THE GROUT ON OUR TILE FLOORS. I DO USE DISTILLED WATER TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF MY STEAMER. LOVE IT.

Love it! Just what I needed. Saves my knees and back. Does a great job! The only thing that would make it super perfect is if it was detachable so I could do the walls at the same time instead of having to pull out my Bissell Steam Shot.

I loved this steam mop, lightweight, and clean very well my floors. But it just stop working, it doesn't turn on. It works very well for almost 20 months.
