This is a great steam mop. It does an awesome job and gets the floors clean. Very light weight and easy to use, it doesn't take long to clean the floors.

This product is easy to use and work fine for light cleaning. Bought the steamer to clean my tile floors, the grout is hard to clean and this might do the trick. It did lighten it up not what I was expecting.

This mop replaced my previous steam mop, and I must say, had I known is was so good, I would have replaced my old one a lot sooner. This steam mop is great, picks up everything and leaves no steaks.

Down side I can not buy just 2 soft microban mop pads. Have to take 1soft microbam & 1 with scrubbing strips. This is a desservice to the customer.The factory will pakage what Bissell asks for.

I was hesitant to purchase a steam cleaning device in fear of difficulty in usage. To my surprise it is such a pleasure to use--much better than a mop.

adding water was a snap. fast heat up and very light weight and easy to use. long cord. love the choices of steam output. pads appear to be very durable and launder very well. would buy again or gift it to family member.

This is my 4th bissell steamer and I have not had this problem before. I am unable to remove the water tank on this unit. Have to call my husband every time which is very inconvenient.

so happy with my steamer. i mopped my kitchen floor 2 days before i got my new steamer, then i steamed mop the floor i could not believe the dirt that came up with the bissell steam mop. easy to use and a better clean!
