Works great but after awhile it drips hot water out the back and if not wearing anything on your feet will burn them. Bissell replaced it with no problems but now my second one and it is starting to do the same

This is my 4th bissell steamer and I have not had this problem before. I am unable to remove the water tank on this unit. Have to call my husband every time which is very inconvenient.

This is a great steam mop. It does an awesome job and gets the floors clean. Very light weight and easy to use, it doesn't take long to clean the floors.

Hi I purchased this steam mop two years ago and was happy to use it all around my house. However this steam mop is leaking water every where now. No matter what position of steam I set it up to its still leaking water. Please help me out.

I replaced a Shark floor cleaner that broke down within a year of purchase. I was immediately impressed with ease of use and a great job it did on my tile floors. Highly recommend.

I use this product to clean the floors. It does a very nice job and is easy to use. My problem is I have had two caps break for the water container. I can't use it until I get a replacement cap.

We have been using this product on our wood floors and tile. It is easy to use and works wonderfully. I like that it is lightweight, and the cord is a decent length for our long hallway! I would definitely recommend.

I've discarded my mop as this is the best floor cleaner. Easy to ensemble and use. The scented pod smells fresh and room has a nice aroma. No chemicals just water. Enjoy mopping the floor now. Lol.
