water tank

I had my steam mop for about a year and my water tank cap cracked and I thought it was me but after reading the review it looks like its a big issue but other than that I love how it steam cleans my floor. I will never go back to a bucket and mop.

Great until it starts leaking hot water.

Works great but after awhile it drips hot water out the back and if not wearing anything on your feet will burn them. Bissell replaced it with no problems but now my second one and it is starting to do the same

Love this steam mop!!

One of my cleaning clients had one of these. I couldn't get enough of it and ordered one for my home. It love how quickly it heats up and picks up dirt. This is the best steam mop I have ever used and I have tried several.

Love my new steam mop!

Delivers everything I need...cleaning and removing footprints and dirt from dog! I have dark wood floors and it cleans them beautifully. Easy to use too!

Love this steam mop!

Lightweight and very easy to use! I have a lot of tile in my home and this mop makes life so much easier for me. Had an issue and customer service immediately took care of it. Will definitely purchase Bissell products in the future.

Leaves the floor wet enough to have to mop up after use

I think this steamer is over-rated. Yes, it cleans pretty well, but the floor is significantly wet after I'm done, and I have to come back to mop up the water when finished.

Steam cleaner that actually steams

Thank you so much for a mop steamer that you can see steam...i mean steam continually coming out of the bissell....i love the disc, but i do wish it lasted longer...no more so called steam mops for me...I'm sold thank you bissell...

East to broke

Use only a couple of times but the water cap on top of the water tank broke.. also not easy to replace due to out of stock... will not buy the product from this company and not recommend to anyone.

Great product but short life

For the 2 years it worked, it was great. But apparently the the apx. $100 price made it a "disposal" product. So I recommend it with the caution that it probably won't last a long time.

Stopped working after only two years

Purchased this mop two years ago and it stopped working. The unit gets hot but does not pump steam to the pad. Will consider purchasing another brand. We only use it about 4 times a year so a total of 8 times.

We appreciate your feedback and are very sorry for the no spray of steam. Please check the filter. The color of the filter should be bright green and white. If it is dark brown/blue the filter needs to be replaced and this would cause the no spray. You can order at this link: http://www.bissell.com/parts/?sc=part&productid=3696&partid=32573&icid=ccrr1206 Another good tip is to remove the foot and clean the spray tip with a paper clip. Hard water deposits may be clogging preventing spray.
