Bought this machine as a gift for my daughter because of all the good reviews... Everyone was right on with their reviews... She even brought it to my house and cleaned and it was wonderful!!! Highly recommend this machine ... You will not be disappointed. Only negative comment would be that it was hard to clean tight spaces in a small bathroom area.

While visiting our daughter over the Christmas Holidays she showed me this new steamer she'd recently purchased for her newly installed tile flooring. She highly recommended I purchase one as our entire house is tiled except for bedrooms. I followed her "lead" and WOW! Thanks to our daughter --- I truly feel that my floors are getting a very fine cleaning!

This is a great product -- live in Las Vegas, the land of talc - like desert dust -- the job this steamer did on my irregular surfaced tile floor was nothing short of miraculous!!!! Highly recommend this steam mop. Tried others and this one is the leader of the pack!!!

I love it for cleaning my tile floor (entire first floor). It doesn't clean the grout- it can't reach the grout, but it does a great job on the tile. My first bissell was replaced when it would not heat up after about a month. Fill out your warranty card :) If there is a problem it will pay off.

Much easier than the old way of mopping floors and gets them much cleaner. Saves time as well. Cuts mopping down to half the time and floors dry very quickly. Only regret I have is waiting so long to get one. I did not think it would actually clean the floors as well as traditional mopping, but the truth is it does a perfect job. I do suggest buying multiple covers if you have a lot of floor to clean. One other thing, do not make the mistake I did by over tightening the water reservoir. I had to order a replacement. By tightening it too much, I had cracked the cap. Bissell would you consider just selling the cap as a replacement part? . I have had the steam mop now for a year and by following the instructions (which I suggest you read) have not had any issues.

I have had many cleaning tools in my lifetime (age 64) and this Bissell is by far the best! I had a steam mop prior to this one and it did not do a good job at all, it left my tile looking streaky and dingy, plus I was exhausted by the time I was finished. It took forever to get the floor looking clean, and the steam/water did not come out enough. But this Bissell is wonderful. Now washing my floors are a breeze and I am finished in no time! I did not have to work hard at all...no pressing down on the mop and making my arms tired. I would make sure to tell people to use the distilled water that they tell you to use. I read other reviews that said their machine stopped after 6 months, or was spraying out the back. My daughter has this product too (that is how I learned about it) and she too has had no problems. Distilled water if very cheap and will add to the lifetime of your Steam Mop. Don't hesitate to buy this mop.

Since I had this product the spout cap has broke twice which leaks the fluid out! I have had my machine a little over a year and know the machine will not even turn on and no help for bissell ! Run away from this product do not buy I threw my money out the door! I am very dissatisfied .

I had always trust this company to deliver high quality working products.to bring good products to us.in this age and time we cant afford to do returns due to the covid 19.im not taking another risk to return it.this product at first worked.after that I threw it out to trash.i was realy disappointed. I hate to even give a negative review.

I am so glad my last steam mop broke! Because that gave me a reason to buy this steam mop. I have a 1,085 square foot, two bedroom and one bath home that is completely hard floors. No carpet at all of any kind. I also have eight dogs and two cats so I mop quite often. I was able to do my whole home with this mop using only one tank of water because I kept it mostly on the second level of steam and I only had to change plug ins one time. I love the scent discs this came with and I will for sure be buying more. I was even surprised to find out it came with a carpet refresher that I will use on my area rugs in my kitchen. I did see someone say that they couldn't turn it off and had to walk across the mopped floor to unplug it. NO you don't! Just hit the steam level button again until the steam goes off. I also love how I had this mop together and going in about five minutes. I also saw one lady say she had to wait for the machine to warm back up after each time she changed plug ins. Again, NO you don't! I went immediately from one plug in to another and it started right back up ready to go instantly. I have no complaints about this machine at all. I love it!

I first used it on my bath room that over a number years had become increasingly dirty; I could not remove it with ordinary floor cleaner with and ordinary mop. The Bissell mop achieved what I could not and now my floor is really clean. The vinyl flooring looks just it did when it was installed. My next floor cleaning project with the Bissell mop is my kitchen floor. The years have also left down deep dirt & grime. I predict that it will do the same fantastic job that it did in my bathroom.
