Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop where have you been all my life! This product is so easy to put together and use. It cleans up pet messes in a flash. I was able to clean all my floors in less time it used to take me to wash my kitchen floor on my hands and knees and this product had the floors bright and shiny with no film or streaks! The other benefit for me since I do have pets is that the floor is dry almost instantly so no trying to keep the dogs off the floor while it dries! It is so easy to use now I can clean up the wet dog streaks and slobber off the floor at any time! I used to spot clean these messes until I had enough time to wash my floors on the weekend. No more, now I can get this product out and do my whole floor at any time! Which means I have more time on the weekends for other things and who doesn't want that!

I actually won the PowerFresh Steam Mop which was great since I was shopping for a new one! I love this mop, it's perfect for our needs! It's big enough to do our floors and the swivel head mades it very easy to maneuver. Another great thing is that you can adjust the amount of steam as well as the fact that it comes with a scrubbing pad. I also love the fresh scent disc. I love every Bissell product I own and this one makes one more!

I am an above the knee amputee and so I have to clean in a wheel chair. I love this mop. It allows me to clean my tile and hardwood floors easily. I am no longer able to get on my hands and knees but I am able to get the same results that I did when I could. My grout comes clean and the hardwood is cleaned easily. This means alot to be able to keep my independence and and clean home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home is hardwood, and tile and my steam mop is very good at keeping them pristine, and I have a neat freak furbaby, who loves clean as much as we do. The one recommendation I have is, I think the controls should be on the handle, and not the body of the mop, it would make using the mop simpler to use IMOP, the steam needs to be hotter too, I am on your website in order to find an updated version of a nice electric mop.

I purchased the Steamfresh steam cleaner about 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. My previous steamer always left streaks. I would spend so much time going over my floors, going in different directions, nothing worked and I would be tired and disgusted because my laminate floors never looked clean. After my first cleaning with the Bissell Steamfresh all streaks were gone. There is nothing about the product that I'm disappointed in. The water container is easy to fill, it's easy to push, and operates so quietly you can hardly tell it's on. I add a small amount, about 1/3 cup of the scented water to my distilled water and love the fresh clean scent as I'm cleaning. The feature I really love is the different steam settings. It's nice to be able to regulate from light steam for the formal dining area to heavier steam for the kitchen and kitchen dining area. Since I haven't had the steamer for very long I cannot comment on its durability. I can only hope it continues to operate as well in the future as it does now.

I purchased Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop 1940 just today, used it today and LOVE it! It's easy to use, has a very long cord which affords me each place I need to use it, the tank still had some water in when I finished in the area, and it is lightweight. I am extremely happy I finally purchased a steam mop and this one is perfect for my needs. I would recommend this to others.

First time use - I was satisfied with the job this steamer did on my tile floors. I was able to swivel the head to fit around the toilet. In areas that were darker, this steamer was able to lighten the surface and overall the whole floor looked cleaner!

I just purchased the 1940 model its light weight easy to put together and very simple to operate,plus it heated up very quickly,the water tank is small but it lasted without refilling to get my two bathrooms and kitchen done and all three are ceramic tiled floors

I use it on all my tile floors. The kitchen floor gets really dirty and does a good job cleaning it. The main thing I don't like is that I can't get the mop pads really clean after cleaning the floors. It's also hard to get in small areas, but over all I really love this little machine. It light weight and handles nicely.

I love this mop, too! I did a lot of research and this steam mop seems to be the best of the lot. One problem with steam mops in general? You can't mix a cleaning solution with the water. I get that, I don't do it, but I did manage to solve that problem. I am a big fan of Lysol Clean & Fresh Multi-Purpose Cleaner. I use it on everything. It disinfects and everything smells great. I take an empty spray bottle, mix the Lysol half and half with distilled water, fill the spray bottle with this solution, set the spray bottle nozzle on "Stream" and I'm ready to go. As I clean the floor with the steam mop, I simply spray the Lysol solution onto the floor out ahead of the steam mop. Works perfectly. I'm sure I'm not the first to discover this, but here it is anyway. Good luck and enjoy your Bissell Steam Mop!
