This mop is awesome! I have back problems and this mop does not hurt my back or take much effort to use. It takes a few minutes for the mop head to get wet where it will actually glide easily across the floor but once it does, man it really makes it seem as if you don't have to do anything! Love it and the scent pads smell so nice!

I'm giving this one star based on Bissell's replacement parts and not the unit's performance. After only one use, the water tank fell on the floor and slit open the water cap. Bissell and any other online parts retailer does not have the replacement tank and cap in stock.

I cleaned our vinyl floor and also tried the rug spot cleaner, and I must say I think the STEAM MOP IS THE GREATEST THING SINCE SLLICED BREAD. Extreamly satisfied did a fantastic job, on the floor, Rug good, but it wasn't really made for the rugs. A little pricey but if it lasts for any length of time is worth it.

This bissell steam mop is garbage. Had to replace it once because it stopped working, got my new machine and not even 4 months later steam would not pass through the machine. I called customer service to get my machine replaced once again and they tell me I have to take it in to get it fixed and refused to replace the defective one. I will never buy bissell again and I have only ever bought bissell. Do not waste your money on this machine. So upset about this situation. If the machine is defective they should honor their warranty and replace it.

i bought this product a couple of months ago.. I've noticed it doesn't clean 50% of the dirt on my floor.. What really bothers me about this product is the pads! They are already ripped and stained! I bought 4 replacement pads and those are already ripped and stained too! I feel like I've spent more on the pads than I did on the steam mop. I should've bought a better steam mop with all of the money I have spent on the pads alone!

This product is wonderful. I have bamboo, marble, tile, and linoleum in my house. This steamer uses distilled water, heats up FAST and I love having 3 different steam levels for my different floors. It is super easy to assemble, the cord is good length for a large room, it is super easy to push and weighs little too! I did buy the extra pads, love how I can toss them into my clothes washer when done. This thing removes dirt, even stuck on sticky messes in one pass. Floor dries quick too! Haven't used the scent discs (not into the fragrance thing# Love that this is a Bissell and has the Bissell guaranty #2years). You will not regret this purchase!

I bought this mop to clean my bathroom floor which has a build up of hairspray and it worked wonderful!! It removed all the hairspray!!!! I then took it into the my kitchen and the floor came out so clean. Nice to walk on the floor barefoot and have the floor feel so clean.

I just received my steam mop and decided to wash the floor even though I had just washed it 2 days ago. What a shock- the mop head was very dirty after doing a small area. I had been using Swiffer and changing to a clean pad frequently so I wouldn't be rubbing dirt over the floor. Our 3 bedroom home is completely ceramic tiled- I would use about 8 Swiffer pads to complete the job- $$$. The Bissel Power Fresh Steam Mop was a breeze to assemble- 1 screw. Directions were clear, except it didn't state how long the mop should be applied to actually sanitize an area. The mop looks sturdy and well made. No wet puddles were left even though I used the highest steam setting and the damp floor dried quickly. The mop moved easily over the tile.

I purchased the Steamfresh steam cleaner about 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. My previous steamer always left streaks. I would spend so much time going over my floors, going in different directions, nothing worked and I would be tired and disgusted because my laminate floors never looked clean. After my first cleaning with the Bissell Steamfresh all streaks were gone. There is nothing about the product that I'm disappointed in. The water container is easy to fill, it's easy to push, and operates so quietly you can hardly tell it's on. I add a small amount, about 1/3 cup of the scented water to my distilled water and love the fresh clean scent as I'm cleaning. The feature I really love is the different steam settings. It's nice to be able to regulate from light steam for the formal dining area to heavier steam for the kitchen and kitchen dining area. Since I haven't had the steamer for very long I cannot comment on its durability. I can only hope it continues to operate as well in the future as it does now.
