[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best features is the swivel function. I can easily twist the handle to fit in almost every area in the house, even the bathroom. It works well on our Saltillo tile floors, making them feel super smooth after mopping. I use it about once a week and would definitely recommend it!

I have used 2 Haan steamers prior to my purchase of the Power Fresh Steam Mop and this steamer far surpasses the Haan. It has a swivel head getting to more/tighter places, has gotten more marks off the floor, has a longer cord allowing for less un/plugging, and comes with the optional discs/liquid to make your home smell good while cleaning. After using both, I prefer the discs~ I really cannot smell the liquid at all, but the discs (I only use half a one each cleaning) smell very nice. The only minor issue is the difficulty at getting the water tank out of its holder~ can be a bit frustrating at times but nothing major. I have recommended this steam mop to many family members, with two already purchasing/enjoying the ease of use and cleaning. Highly recommended steam mop~

This steam mop is great! I have smooth tile floors and there are no streaks. Will never use a mop again. I will be buying another one for my daughter. Would definitely recommend this product good price, works great. Could use a steam burst button but still works great without it.

I used a sponge mop & bucket for over 25 years and never felt that my floors were really clean. I started doing research on steam mops, and this one was the all around best. I have 20+ year old linoleum and wood floors, so I was a little concerned about using a steam mop. However, when I tried it, I was amazed. No, my linoleum doesn't look brand new, but it does look YEARS newer than it did. As for the wood floors, I had read a lady's review saying that the steam mop stripped the finish off of her wood floor, and maybe it did. When I first tested a spot on my wood floor, I thought it was stripping the finish, too. What I soon realized was that it was actually stripping away years of build-up from cleaners, etc. My wood floors now look brand new! My whole family - my husband, daughter, and son - can all see the difference and FEEL the difference on bare feet! The only "negative" thing I can say is that it doesn't work well in corners or tight spaces (like around toilets). Maybe the triangle foot would work better, but I haven't decided to spend the money on it yet. It does work great right up to baseboards and/or toe moldings. I don't know why I waited twenty-five years to get rid of that nasty mop and bucket; I'm just glad I finally did! My floors are finally truly clean!

Heats up fast. Very light weight. Surprised to figure out it is basically a steam iron on a stick with a scrub pad. That's a really good thing, no nasty dangerous heavy steam vessel to deal with. Cleans floors so well. Super easy to use. I like the tab on the pad, makes it easy and clean to remove the pad for washing. Water tank holds about a pint of water. They recommend distilled water.

Love this little steam machine - makes quick work out of messy clean ups!!! We have enamel painted wood floors in the kitchen, dining, and family room and this mop does an excellent job at cleaning up muddy paw prints and toddler spills!!! My one and only complaint is the mop head cover tends to pull away and wrinkle under the front of the mop as you push and pull the mop ):

The title of the review says it all. I got this for Christmas this year and have used it 3x so far. Partly b/c I just had major abdominal surgery 2 weeks before Christmas and needed to take it easy and partly b/c I didn't realize we had THAT much buildup on our floors! This works superb on those areas, especially! I'm talking grease/dirt/grime/dog/cat hair, you name it, etc. buildup. The kind that gets into corners and you THINK your floor is clean until you use a product like this! Now I will say it does take awhile to get these areas clean b/c you have to leave the steamer on it for 10-15 seconds and then immediately lean over and pick it up with a towel or paper towel, but once those buildup areas ARE clean, you don't have to spend that kind of time each time you mop. The only thing I was NOT impressed with were the little scented discs. I don't think they did a thing to make my house smell any better and I don't plan on purchasing any more of them. I threw mine away after the first use b/c it just looked nasty and it didn't really smell nice any longer. I use this mop on the number 2 setting for our real hardwood floors and on the highest setting for the kitchen tile floor. That tile is much older and looks grimier than it really is. I haven't had a chance to work with it in the kitchen too much but have high hopes this will bring the tile back to life, at least a little bit. I'd highly recommend purchasing this steam mop. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Easy to assemble (2 minutes!) and heats up super fast (30 seconds) even when you refill the water reservoir! It's easy to manouever, refill and use, all the way around. I sure hope it holds up and I don't have to come back and remove this review!

Doing the tile floors have never been easier since I purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop. You can just feel the steam sterilizing the environment and for me, there is nothing more comforting. It's durable, light, and considering I've dropped it several times, a tough guy who makes doing the floors as it could possibly be. I recommend everyone have one of thee guys if you have a lot of bare floors, it'll change your life, save your time, and put your mind at ease if you have children that the environment.

We just installed new laminate floors and did not like how they looked after we cleaned them with our old mop and bucket. We took a chance and purchased this steam mop. We are very pleased on how easy it is to use and how well it cleans. The floors dry very fast with almost no streaking. My only complaint is No power on and off switch.

I've used this mop for about 4 times in a month and so far it's been doing a great cleanup job. The steam feature really works lovely and the floor feels so good to walk on with bare feet. I am very pleased with the easy set up and maneuverability (swivel feature is awesome).
