My house has 2535 sq/ft of porcelain tile and finally I found an appliance that cleans my floors thoroughly with little effort. I use the highest steam setting and change out the mop head pads several times during a full house clean. I use the mop almost weekly on the kitchen floor, which takes about 15 minutes and leaves my kitchen floor sparkling clean, free of spill and food marks. I only use distilled water in the tank during use. When not in use, I remove the water tank and the rubber one way valve and store them separately in a dry place. I am so pleased with my steam mop and happy I researched because I made the right decision!

What a great steam mop! It is so easy to use and works so well. It has an extra scrubber on the back that comes in handy quite a lot. About a year ago, my husband spilled some lacquer on the kitchen linoleum. Nothing would get it off. I tried every kind of cleaner I could think of, even lighter fluid. So my 8-yr-old suggested I try the steam mop. I didn't think it would work, but it did! After letting the steam work on it several times and using the scrubber attachment, the lacquer came off. I was so amazed. Would like the water container to hold more, but not a big deal. Definitely recommend this mop.

I have 6 dogs and also offer a bed and breakfast for other people's dogs when they go on vacation. Needless to say, someone always has an accident. . After cleaning up the mess, I will take out my Steamer and proceed to sanitize the area.. It smells great after the job is done. I am thinking of buying another unit for my kennels in my walk out basement. It does a great job!!!

My wife has instructed me to throw this PowerFresh Steam Mop into the trash after the black plastic cap on the water reservoir cracked again. This is the second replacement cap. Otherwise, the unit is fairly new, less than two years and works great. But with no water, it's useless.

I am happy to be writing this review because this steam mop has made my life so much easier. In the past, I have used one of those mops that you squirt the cleaner on the floor and it uses disposable pads. It was expensive to use and I did not feel it was that thorough in its cleaning - to say nothing of the chemicals I was using on our floors. With the PowerFresh mop, it is easy to use, economical to use, and does a great job cleaning. I purchased a couple extra mop pads and simply throw them in the washer and they are ready to use the next time I mop the floor. I use this on tile, laminate, and linoleum and floors dry quickly and FEEL clean. Very glad I purchased!!

I am not the most fastidious cleaner but when I clean I like a deep down clean. As I have moved into the 50+ age group, scrubbing my floors on hands and knees just doesn't quite work anymore. While this product may not be for the housekeeper who approaches their cleaning as an aerobic workout. The Bissell PowerFresh Mop is the best answer for the methodical cleaner looking for a deep down clean. Brava!

I purchased this to replace my older Bissell Steam Mop when it finally died after 6 years. Glad I did. This one works even better than the older version. It gets the grout clean of dirt and grime that my cats and dogs leave behind. The amount of steam is really nice, now that you can control it. The scent pads do leave a nice odor behind. I do wish the water canister was larger, like the old one. I did about half of my house (all tile) and had to replace the canister once...no biggie, but still kind of a pain. The old model had a much larger canister. It's also a lot lighter than the previous version. Much easier to replace the mop cover on this one too! I'm very excited about this new mop. Thanks for another great product!

I love this little steam mop! You can open the box and be using it in five minutes. It does a very thorough job cleaning. It is light and easy to use. I live in an apartment and have smaller areas to clean but I DO want them bright and clean! I have a small dog and I love the fact that you can sanitize an area using this mop, because accidents do happen and now I can feel better about that!

I am so pleased with this product. Recently, i had to let go of our cleaning lady. i have been through quite a few as the house was not cleaned thoroughly. I started to do the work myself and make it easier by purchasing a steam mop. let me just say that when i hired a cleaning person, you could never walk around in white sox. I had a stroke in 2014 which has made my right hand unusable. There's a lot of dirt here in Arizona and I have two Pitbulls that run in and out through their doggy door in the kitchen. No problem for the Bissell. This steam mop is easy to handle and works great.
