[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam mop. I bought it after becoming pregnant to use less chemicals while cleaning. It cleans way better than any regular floor mop. It unfortunately stopped working after about 7 months. After contacting customer service, they replaced my steam mop. They were easy to work with and responded promptly. I will forever be a Bissell customer!

I researched reviews of many different brands out there and this seemed the best for my purposes. It arrived quickly and assembled easily. I had a very dirty linoleum floor in an apartment. I used this steamer with the heavy duty cleaner pad a scrubber but it did not do the job. I ultimately had to get on my hands and knees with cleaner and a scrub brush. For my "new" tile floor it works great. I would only recommend it for new and already clean floors. Not for older floors with dirty grout, etc.

I would strongly warn you against this product. I assume that I received a defective one, but do not trust a replacement as I have read other complaints about this same issue. It does not seem to heat the water very well. It produced sufficient steam for about 5 min and then left my floors sopping wet! Whatever you do, do not use on your wood floors! I am disappointed in the quality of this product and trusted in the Bissell name.

I loved this product when I first got it. It is easy to use, heats up quickly and gets floors clean with little pressure. However, I was very disappointed when after only a year and a half the water tank cap cracked, leaving the mop useless (unless I wanted water all over the floor) until I bought a new cap. I understand wear and tear happens but in my opinion this was unacceptable after a little over a year.

I received this steam mop as a gift from my parents. I have laminate floors throughout a large part of my house. This mop is easy to use and it makes my floors look awesome! The Bissell scents that you insert into the mop smell fresh and clean. The cloth part of the mop you just throw in the washer when you are done cleaning. I would highly recommend this product. I absolutely love it!!!

I have Shark for years.I hated it because it don't clean the dirt in my floor.It took me a while to finally try Bisell.I am glad I did!!! So easy to use it cleans my hardwood floor and dries pretty quick.I have 2 young kids and 2 dogs that go outside all the time.This is perfect and can even use it on my carpet.So awesome! I am inlove!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steamer, but my 4th one just broke and I will NOT be replacing it with the PowerFresh or any other Bissell steam mop. The mechanism to drain the water into the tank breaks every time. I use this steamer weekly on our kitchen and bathroom tile floors and follow the instructions using distilled water, etc. At this price point I will go back to Bona or similar. Bye Bissell!

So I have had a steam mop for years now but never really used it because it didn't work that great (small steam head, ran out of water fast, took forever to clean the floor). So a year ago I purchased on Black Friday a Bissell vacuum and I love it! So this year I said to myself "I have to get a New Steam Mop!" after searching online and reading reviews this one caught my eye and i thought oh it looks perfect for all my needs. and boy was I right!!! I have a dog (lab) and he tracks in mud, dirty, etc. also a husband who can sometimes make messes and only wipe it quickly leaving a sticky mess. Also my house is completely tile and ugly tile i may add that never looks clean even when it is. Well today I received my mom and I immediately opened it and set it up (which was so easy) I also looks very nice. I love that the steam head is a large service so it covers more space as i am cleaning, i love the scrubbing brush too! Well after cleaning my entire first floor of my tiled house which never looks good I can say with a 10 STAR rating my floors look amazing and I didnt have to pass a spot more than 2-3 times for it to look great! it also drys very fast which i love seeing i have a dog and husband who dont like to wait to walk on the floors! sorry for such a long review but i just have to rave about it because it is so Wonderful! So if you are thinking should i make the purchase?,...YES ABSOLUTELY you wont be disappointed Thank you Bissell for my wonderful steam mop and your great customer service . Recently received my new Bissell Steam Mop, got it put together quickly and plugged it in. It heated up right away, and since it already had a mop pad installed, filled the water container and started mopping. It mops great, I have a pattern in my vinyl which does collect dirt in some places but this mop made short work of it. I love it. Really like the 3 steam levels and it works quickly in getting rid of dirt.

Steam functionality of this unit OK, but scrub brush isn't effective for cleaning tile grout. The scrubber can't get low enough or be positioned for that purpose. It would work better for scrubbing something sticky off of a level floor. I returned this unit and ordered a PowerFresh Deluxe model instead. That has a scrubber at the end of the detachable steamer portion. That unit does not include the rug ring, which this one does. Because I didn't realize that this unit already came with a carpet ring, I had purchased a rug ring with extra pads. I will use those with the PowerFresh Deluxe instead, as the two units have the same size head. Bissell could do a better job of detailing the differences between the units and their bundle offers. The compare function doesn't provide sufficient information.
