I have 3000 square feet of tile in my home. Have used many products and gadgets to clean my tile. This one is the best! It leaves floor clean and fresh with no sticky residue. Attached brush gets off harder to remove stains and mop glides easily across the floor. Takes very little time to steam entire 3000 square feet. Finally found a steamer that really works!

The only reason why I'm giving this a 4 Star is because mine finally died on me. I did use it often, but had it for just under 3 years... Not sure what the average life for these are.. BUT!! I absolutely love it and am going to order a new one. It cleans the floors really nice! I was given a shark and I do not like it!

After two back surgeries scrubbing the floors in my home became an all day job and one I paid for two days after. No, longer able to hand scrub and dry, I went to a standard mop. My floors never seemed as clean and went longer between cleanings, because it had become such a painful chore. NO MORE!! and I will never be without this product in my home. I can't rave about this steam cleaner enough and I am thrilled to have taken back my standard of clean in my home.

I am in a wheelchair and have a hard time with the bigger cleaning equipment, with this machine it is so easy to use even my 6 year old loves it. The water tank is so light weight that even filled it's easy to change/add water. Works excellent on bamoo flooring without stripping vaneer so still looking like new

Having been disappointed by other brands of steam mops (Shark), I was a little wary of this purchase. I was quickly, pleasantly surprised to realize that Bissell's PowerFresh Pet Steam Mop is as fantastic as Bissell's other products, such as my all-time favorite 3-in-1 VAC and the easy to use Pro-Heat Carpet Cleaner. Yay, Bissell! I finally have a simple, yet thorough, tool for quick and regular floor cleaning! My only issue - a very minor one - is with the grips on the water cup. They could be either a little grippier or a little deeper for easier cup removal.

Believe it or not, I won this steam mop.I really didn't believe it until I received it and tried it out the same day.I was amazed how easy it was to use and light weight because I have debilitating arthritis. It cleaned our floors so well that I got compliments on how clean it was. I am really please with the Power Fresh Steam Mop and have recommended it to others.

I am a huge fan of Bissell and our family owns more than a dozen of their vacuums and now steam mops. My SHARK fell apart after 5 years of regular use and when comparing price and quality I decided to go with Bissell. It was most definitely the right choice. Overall easy to assemble, clear user instructions for assembly and use in the box, as well as on-line, ready to use in less than 5 min. I really like that you have the option to choose how much steam it outputs, as well as option to turn it off instead of having to unplug it like my old SHARK. This is a quality cleaning tool, well engineered, well manufactured, effective steam cleaning, long cord so you're not constantly switching outlets, large swivel head which makes it easy to navigate everywhere and just the right weight so it feels sturdy but not heavy. Will definitely buy a second one for our vacation home.

I can't begin to tell you how much l love this appliance! My daughter in law gave it to me as a gift...I use it about twice a month for all my hardwood floors! I've even bought one for each of my daughters and daughters in law. It has changed my life....no more getting down on my hands and knees to wash my floors. And, I can do the whole area in about 15 minutes. It is my new, favorite appliance! No cons!

I had a Shark steam mop that was given to me prior to this one. That one broke and I decided to purchase this one due to the price and reviews. I am regretting not getting another Shark at this point. It has been less than a year and I use it at most once a week. First the mop started not actually giving steam intermittently. I have to plug it in press the button see if steam comes on if not unplug it wait plug it in again and repeat if necessary. Now last Saturday I went to fill up the water dispenser and when I screwed the plastic cap back on it cracked and now I can't use the machine at all. I purchased this to clean weekly because I have a dog who tracks stuff on my floors and I want to know my floors have been thoroughly cleaned and I don't want to use an old school mop. Now I have the choice to go through the painful warranty/troubleshooting process or just say forget it and go back to a Shark product.
