This steamer did a great job but was very hard to glide on our old floors, so hard that the mob head wouldn't stay on in the front so I had to go backwards only when cleaning. Very happy with the end results just not as easy as I thought it would be. I believe it is the floor not the machine that is the problem,

Works VERY well. Lifts stains in linoleum I thought was permanent discoloration. Did not harm linoleum, tiles, or weak crumbling grout. Works even to ends of pad; even clean/not patchy. Fits under low ridges, in tight corners, and holds steady on ground without lifting when turning. Long cord is great, but needs automatic retraction button to save time. Fill container should be bigger and have a way to grab it easily; it's slippery and difficult to pull up. The scrubber on the back seems pointless and difficult to clean if used, just for show; would be better to have on sides or front (press down/up with foot) and easy to remove for clearing collected debris. Works well, but will look for same with aforementioned usefulness and time saving improvements. Would recommend for powerful clean! Bissell products I trust for power and quality. I chose Bissell over other brands because I know they're worth it.

I received this steam mop as a gift from my parents. I have laminate floors throughout a large part of my house. This mop is easy to use and it makes my floors look awesome! The Bissell scents that you insert into the mop smell fresh and clean. The cloth part of the mop you just throw in the washer when you are done cleaning. I would highly recommend this product. I absolutely love it!!!

i was disappointed when i open the box to see what in it. and then when i took it out , i was really surprised. it was totally what i suspected to receive,but it was a stick with a bunch of micro-fiber cloths and thats all. This was a totally waste of money!

The Bissell steam mop has been a pleasant surprise to both me and my wife. As one who has cleaned floors on his hands and knees, this is heaven sent. We have used it for three months now with no problems. It does make a ticking sound the whole time we are using it but it doesn't seem to be affected in a negative way by it. Having a two year warranty makes me feel that Bissell has confidence in this product. I have other Bissell products that have seen much use with little or no issue. We vacuum the hard floors before using this and notice that the pads have become very dingy looking and look hammered even after washing them. I'm sure they are clean but aesthetically they don't look the best. This is a minor complaint that really doesn't matter with an overall well engineered machine. We have used steam mops from other manufacturers and they do not hold a candle to Bissell. You do have to expend a little energy to use this but no more than vacuuming . It does get under overhangs and around the toilet with no problem. Thank you Bissell!

I just received and have used the Power Fresh Pet Steam Mop only once and I love it already. Simple enough to set up and use. Nice big mop head as compared to the much smaller one on the Shark model that I had grown to hate. The mop pads have a great texture to really pick up dirt. Even the pull tab, made it easy to remove and wash by machine. I have a huge expanse of tile floors. I had total mechanical inconsistency with the Shark so I hope the Bissell gives me more service without problems. Like the 2 year warranty. I just got this a week ago, but we are very happy with it. This steam mop is so easy to use, I'm able to mop holding my baby! This is amazing for a mom of an infant. It really makes mopping the floor so much easier and is just as clean, if not cleaner, than using a mop and bucket. This sounds crazy, but my husband and I both wanted to mop the other night, who ever WANTS to mop?

I seldom leave reviews for products, but the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop was so good I wanted to tell everyone. I live in an 1889 Victorian home with the original floors. I have always been on a quest to find something that will clean these floors quickly and easily. I finally found the Bissell Power Fresh Steam Mop and have been so impressed with it, I have purchased one for every floor. It cleans even the toughest grime that gets tracked inside quickly and easily. The water reservoir is easy to remove, fill and replace. The mop head works around all of the furniture easily. I absolutely love this steam mop, it has made a tough job so much easier and you don't have to have smooth, pristine floors which is a great thing if you live in a historic home.

I tried the PowerFresh for the first time today -- on a vinyl floor( highest steam level) & a hardwood floor (lowest steam level). I couldn't believe how well it cleaned, without any cleanser even! I had a buildup of hairspray on the vinyl floor. Normally it's several moppings, over and over, to dissolve the hair spray. It took it immediately, first time over! Amazing!! I did have to go around the edges and wipe up the crud that got pushed around - but that's nothing compared to how long & how much work it used to take to clean these floors. Awesome!! So glad my friend told me about such a product -- never even heard of one before!
