After going through three oreck Steam mops I decided to buy another brand. So happy I settled on Bissell. Best mop ever for me. I switched to distilled water since I have no water filter and have minerals in my water. My Bissell has been doing a great job like a flawless pro. I'm a gin of Bissell for life.

This is my first experience with a steam mop and I love it. It's light weight, easy to manuever, heats up quickly and the floor dries quickly. Love the scrub brush as well for tough spots. It's great for small areas or large and being able to wash the pad when done is really nice. The different temperature/steam options is handy as well. I was surprised at how long the water reservoir lasted too. I could mop my kitchen, dining room and foyer on one tank and no streaks!! I would definitely recommend this product.

I love the steamer. I have all tile floors and I find it the best way to clean my floors. I have been using it every 2 weeks and then it just stopped working!! Is there some sort of cleaning or maintenance I should be doing? I would have rated higher, until it stopped working!!

I have 6 dogs and also offer a bed and breakfast for other people's dogs when they go on vacation. Needless to say, someone always has an accident. . After cleaning up the mess, I will take out my Steamer and proceed to sanitize the area.. It smells great after the job is done. I am thinking of buying another unit for my kennels in my walk out basement. It does a great job!!!

I used this per the instructions and the steam stripped the finish on the hardwood in my bedroom. I thought, oh no, this is not ideal for hardwood. So, my second attempt was the linoleum in the kitchen. I've got white almost like burn marks left behind that I can seem to remove and this also stripped the finish. Such a disappointment.

Much easier than the old way of mopping floors and gets them much cleaner. Saves time as well. Cuts mopping down to half the time and floors dry very quickly. Only regret I have is waiting so long to get one. I did not think it would actually clean the floors as well as traditional mopping, but the truth is it does a perfect job. I do suggest buying multiple covers if you have a lot of floor to clean. One other thing, do not make the mistake I did by over tightening the water reservoir. I had to order a replacement. By tightening it too much, I had cracked the cap. Bissell would you consider just selling the cap as a replacement part? . I have had the steam mop now for a year and by following the instructions (which I suggest you read) have not had any issues.

I just received and have used the Power Fresh Pet Steam Mop only once and I love it already. Simple enough to set up and use. Nice big mop head as compared to the much smaller one on the Shark model that I had grown to hate. The mop pads have a great texture to really pick up dirt. Even the pull tab, made it easy to remove and wash by machine. I have a huge expanse of tile floors. I had total mechanical inconsistency with the Shark so I hope the Bissell gives me more service without problems. Like the 2 year warranty. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First one I had less than 6 months the steamer stopped working, went through all the troubleshooting nothing. I bought a new one I've had this one less than a year. Leaking nothing is cracked all seals in place. Went through troubleshooting nothing worked.

Love this, cleans very well and the scent pad smells the whole house up fresh and clean. Heats quickly for a fast steam and gets the job done quickly. I would recommend this steam mop in a heart beat. I took back my Shark mop, because it took longer to use that than mopping the old fashion way and did not clean like the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop. You will not be dissatisfied with this mop.

I just used my new steam mop for the first time yesterday on my hardwood floors, and I am extremely impressed. We have three labs and they are experts and tracking in dirt and mud on the hardwood floors. Swiffering worked, but this is 100% better. I was able to clean my floors in 1/2 the time because the steam mop really gets the floors clean without having to repeatedly go over areas more than once. I just ordered the mineralized water and can't wait to try it. I would highly recommend this steam mop for cleaning hard floors (sealed hardwood and tile).
