After taking it out of the box. I could not get any steam. I refilled it with distilled water as the first time. I continued to mop refilled with mineral water and again no steam. Either it a poor product or I messed up and read the directions wrong. It also leaked water as I cleaned. the floors which were fairly clean as I clean the floors on hands and knees weekly. I am getting old (85) and can not clean on hands and knees.

I replaced my Eureka Enviro Streamer with this after reading the great reviews. However, in less than 2 years the PowerFresh stopped making steam. I only used it once every 2 weeks. I did all the troubleshooting recommended but it still doesn't work. My Eureka lasted more than 6 years. Even though it does a good job when it's working as it should, I would not recommend this due to its short life cycle, and I won't be purchasing this again.

This steamer did an excellent job cleaning my kitchen floor. There was no soap residue just a clean surface. The grout in my bathrooms will require a scrub brush, initially, but I was very pleased with the appearance of the tile surface. Cleaning around the toilet and pipes will also require getting on my knees, but overall, I'm very pleased with the performance of the steam cleaner.

This steam mop is my new favorite household tool. Super easy to use, water in the reservoir lasts much longer than I anticipated and it cleans like no other. No streaking, spots, or weird residue left behind. Can't say enough great things about this product.

I have 6 dogs and also offer a bed and breakfast for other people's dogs when they go on vacation. Needless to say, someone always has an accident. . After cleaning up the mess, I will take out my Steamer and proceed to sanitize the area.. It smells great after the job is done. I am thinking of buying another unit for my kennels in my walk out basement. It does a great job!!!

I just received and have used the Power Fresh Pet Steam Mop only once and I love it already. Simple enough to set up and use. Nice big mop head as compared to the much smaller one on the Shark model that I had grown to hate. The mop pads have a great texture to really pick up dirt. Even the pull tab, made it easy to remove and wash by machine. I have a huge expanse of tile floors. I had total mechanical inconsistency with the Shark so I hope the Bissell gives me more service without problems. Like the 2 year warranty. I JUST RECEIVED POWER FRESH STEAM MOP LAST WEEK. I USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS WEEK END. I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES IT TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE DIRT AND MORE! I HAVE BEEN USING SWIFFER WET JET FRO ABOUT A YEAR AND I HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ITEM AS THE HANDLER BROKE. ALL IT DID WAS PUSH ALL OF THE DIRT IN THE CORNER AND SIDE OF THE WALL. POWER FRESH STEAM MOP REMOVE ALL OF THE DIRT IN THE CORNER AND SIDE. IT DONE WHAT SWIFFER JET MOP COULDN'T DO! AFTER USING POWER FRESH STEAM MOP FOR THE FIRST TIME MY FLOOR LOOK GREAT LIKE NEW! ONLY THING I WISH IT HAD A SHUT OFF SWITCH ON THE HANDLE AND A LONGER CORD LIKE 30 FOOT. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this just picked up everything that has been stuck on the tile and hardwood floors. I have to use it on the carpets but I see that it is gonna refresh those carpets nicely. I used a traditional mop system before and this steam mop blew me out of the water. I didn't realize my floors were so dirty. Let me tell you I do mop at least once a week. We sweep two to three times a week.

We bought it based on the recommendation of the person who put in our hard wood floors. It worked great at first and then after a year (yes past the warranty period) it stopped putting out steam to the floor. I went through all the steps suggested in another review and still no steam. We purchased Bissell as we expected high quality and quality to last. Very disappointed.

Works well on tile and even cleans the edges. A few suggestions for the engineering department. A steam trigger on the handle would enable the user to have control over when to release the steam and an on/off switch is highly recommended. Overall, very pleased with the performance.
