Sorry that it took me so long to leave a review after winning this item. First let me say it is very easy to put together and very light weight. With the operation of the product very easy to handle and heats up in no time. With any hard to remove spots the easy drop down scrub brush is the key. One of the best features is that there is no chemicals needed. Just straight distilled water and the job is complete.

Just purchased yesterday. Kitchen was remolded one week ago with tile floors. Cleaned beautifully. Next, cleaned tile bathrooms, cleanest ever. This morning, cleaned my hardwood floors in hall and great room, I'm impressed. Easy to operate, long running time and cleans great. Just toss pad in washer when done. I've thrown away my regular mop. Would not hesitate to recommend. Best product I've purchased since my instant pot, lol.

The 5 stars is because this is a GREAT product the one star is because it only lasted 17 months. My first unit, I purchased in March 2013, used it once a week every week and on Thursday Aug 14,2014 it stopped working...totally stopped working so I had to order another one!!! Hope when the new one arrives it will last longer!!!

This thing works so well and is so easy, almost fun, to use that I use it more than my wife who usually does such things (she likes that). You really need at least three clean pads to do a thorough job in a big kitchen and a couple of halls. But it really cleans. Cleaning the floors may become my new job. It's as much fun as using my new leaf blower.

Had tile floors installed three years ago. I used a mop once a week with a cleaner but the grout never got clean. Using this model 1040 cleaned both the tile a grout it took me two time cleaning and after i got done and the floor and grout dried it was like new .

I first bought the Symphony and didn't like it so I got this and love it. Extra pads are great to have when you order this bundle and the smelly discs are nice too. This would make a great gift for Christmas fellas since our life is spent cleaning why not get something that works good and saves time.

I bought this unit to replace an older steam mop (which I really liked and thought did a good job). I started looking online and realized my old steamer didn't get the best reviews. More research. Decided to buy this model based on many, many great customer reviews. I am VERY happy with this Bissell Powerfresh Steam Mop! The water tank is easy to remove to refill (some folks said the tank was a bit small, but I only use this steam mop for my kitchen, dining room and laundry room so the tank is fine for me). The microfiber pads fit over the steam head so easily! The steam mop heats up very quickly and powers through any muddy or sticky mess I gave it! My old steam mop only gave steam if a trigger by the main handle was squeezed, so my hand would get tired of holding the darned thing down. My Bissell steam mop gives constant steam, and just the right amount to remove dirt without leaving the floor too wet. The unit is lightweight and swivels to move nicely around corners. Last (but certainly not least) I was amazed at how much cleaner my floors looked after using my Bissell steam mop. I thought my old steam mop did a good job. I was wrong. Believe the reviews, get this Powerfresh Steam Mop!

I have scrubbed with a sponge mop for years and we live hard in the country so track in lots of garden gunk. I always thought lots of soap/cleaner did the trick, but sometimes things looked dull. My kitchen/dining area is quite large so I tried separating the sections and did the kitchen 1st. I was amazed at how it got the dull stuff off. I need a new floor as this vinal is 21 years, but until I do this has restored the clean and shine as best it can. Love it and it is as light as my olf stick mop.

I love this mop. I've had it for almost two years, using it anywhere from 1-4 times monthly, depending on the weather, clean-ness of my floors and whether I want to mop or steam. With the scent discs it leaves a great fresh smell and without everything still smells clean. I have hardwood, laminate and tile and the three intensity settings make it perfect for all of these flooring types. The only reason I deducted for durability was about 6 months after I got this, the screw top on the water tank split and was leaking. (Because of a gasket in the screw top, it is easy to over-tighten.) I contacted the company, they set up the replacement order quickly and for free, and even provided me the option of purchasing any other parts or accessories to take advantage of the free shipping already set up with the repair part. Looking back, I should have ordered the carpet glide attachment then.... love it. Would absolutely and always recommend.

It worked very well for me the few months that I have had it. Cleaned and disinfected very well. I took very good care of it. I used filtered water each time. Emptied it immediately when i had finished. Now it just makes a loud noise when I turn it on and no steam comes out.
