[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally get on my hands and knees to scrub my floors but can't anymore since my knee replacement. I asked my son for this for Christmas and couldn't be happier with it. The swivel head allows me to get in tight corners and edges. This couldn't be simpler to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this mop on my terrazzo floors. It makes cleaning really easy. However, the two piece of molded plastic on the handle come together right where you place your hand to push the mop. It's a very rough seam and as such makes my hand hurt by the time I'm finished mopping. Plus, I'm getting calluses on my palm from using it. And i don't even mop very much! If they fixed this issue, I'd give it five stars.

The 5 stars is because this is a GREAT product the one star is because it only lasted 17 months. My first unit, I purchased in March 2013, used it once a week every week and on Thursday Aug 14,2014 it stopped working...totally stopped working so I had to order another one!!! Hope when the new one arrives it will last longer!!!

Much easier than the old way of mopping floors and gets them much cleaner. Saves time as well. Cuts mopping down to half the time and floors dry very quickly. Only regret I have is waiting so long to get one. I did not think it would actually clean the floors as well as traditional mopping, but the truth is it does a perfect job. I do suggest buying multiple covers if you have a lot of floor to clean. One other thing, do not make the mistake I did by over tightening the water reservoir. I had to order a replacement. By tightening it too much, I had cracked the cap. Bissell would you consider just selling the cap as a replacement part? . I have had the steam mop now for a year and by following the instructions (which I suggest you read) have not had any issues.

I have Pergo.com style floors and I was thinking about getting a Swiffer Wet Jet. Swiffer customer service didn't really help me out, so I found Bissell. Thankfully, I'm happy with my Steam Mop. I think I'm using it correctly and I would recommend this to everyone else. It's easy to set up and very easy to use. There are two things I would wish it would do. One, I wish the Steam function could be combined with a light bleach and or light detergent to just have that additional cleaning power. Two, I wish the water reservoir would be bigger. I find myself going through the demineralized water very quick on the high setting. But, that's about it as of now. I just bought this mop and have used it once. I have used this for 3 weeks now. I can say honestly that it is by far the best steam mop! I have used 3 others on the current market. I have also used the machines with rotation brushes+ vacuums. Nothing compares to the quality and simplicity of this little guy. Very very easy to use. Light weight. And the quality of clean is A+. I have a large house and the entire down stairs is stone tile. I have no pets, but..I have 4 kids running through. I can be quick about my clean ups. I don't have to mess with a bunch gadgets or cleaning products. My floor is always clean now and my house smells wonderful with those little power pods.

This mop has made cleaning easy and dare I say enjoyable. It heats up quickly and gets the tough dirt and grime off my tile floors. Having two small boys and pets this mop is a breeze to pull out and go. I love the fresh discs and find that a quarter of the disc freshens the house perfectly. I tried a half disc and the scent was a bit too powerful.

I just used my new steam mop for the first time yesterday on my hardwood floors, and I am extremely impressed. We have three labs and they are experts and tracking in dirt and mud on the hardwood floors. Swiffering worked, but this is 100% better. I was able to clean my floors in 1/2 the time because the steam mop really gets the floors clean without having to repeatedly go over areas more than once. I just ordered the mineralized water and can't wait to try it. I would highly recommend this steam mop for cleaning hard floors (sealed hardwood and tile).

I just bought this steam mop and was thrilled with the way that it cleaned my tile. You can actually tell the difference as to its cleanliness when you walk barefoot on the tile. My husband even noticed and stated that he had never seen the floor look this good. I love this product. I would recommend it to everyone.

This thing works so well and is so easy, almost fun, to use that I use it more than my wife who usually does such things (she likes that). You really need at least three clean pads to do a thorough job in a big kitchen and a couple of halls. But it really cleans. Cleaning the floors may become my new job. It's as much fun as using my new leaf blower.
