Last week I spent 4 hours hand scrubbing my kitchen tile. My tile has tiny little divots which fill with dirt over time. My friend suggested a steam mop. I purchased this Bissell steam mop. I used it on my utility room and bathroom that have the same floor tile. Within two minutes I had cleaned the first 12 x 12in tile. This steam mop is amazing, best purchase I have made in years. I am going to order extra pads because one does need to change them frequently, once a pad gets full of water from the steam and collects dirt it isn't as effective.

Bought this steam mop to replace Bissell Steam and Sweep mop. It works well with little or no streaking. It produces more steam but is harder to push than the Steam and Sweep. Fragrance disks don't fit in the pocket in the mop pads unless they are broken in two and don't have any lasting fragrance. I like the three steam settings but find the mop works best when set to the highest setting. Overall I am pleased with this mop.

I used this Bissell steam mop for the first time today. Assembly was a complete breeze, and the directions were easy to follow. I filled the tank with distilled water as recommended and I was ready to go. I have a large wood floor area in my home. I was finished steam cleaning the entire downstairs in approximately 40 minutes. It only took one tank full of water to complete the job. Features that I love: light, easy to use, mop head is fairly large, simple directions, great design. Do not even consider another brand! If you want a great product at a reasonable price, this is the steam mop to purchase!!

When I first got this, I loved it. But I soon found annoyances, like crud being pushed into the edges and corners of the kitchen so there's always a dirty edge around the baseboards. After a while I realized this was really just a method of pushing a dirty mop around the kitchen unless you use several pads to complete the job. It takes longer to clean the floor with this than with my microfiber mop and doesn't do as good a job. Although the pads are washable, I'm not going to waste water putting one pad through a cycle on its own - no water saving eco-friendliness to do so. The alternative is to save up several dirty pads in the utility sink until there are enough to launder (stinky). The water container is difficult to remove for filling if you have any kind of arthritis in the hands. It stopped heating the water after about 2 years of occasional use. Heading to eWaste. Nice idea, poor execution. Could do better!.

I love this mop, too! I did a lot of research and this steam mop seems to be the best of the lot. One problem with steam mops in general? You can't mix a cleaning solution with the water. I get that, I don't do it, but I did manage to solve that problem. I am a big fan of Lysol Clean & Fresh Multi-Purpose Cleaner. I use it on everything. It disinfects and everything smells great. I take an empty spray bottle, mix the Lysol half and half with distilled water, fill the spray bottle with this solution, set the spray bottle nozzle on "Stream" and I'm ready to go. As I clean the floor with the steam mop, I simply spray the Lysol solution onto the floor out ahead of the steam mop. Works perfectly. I'm sure I'm not the first to discover this, but here it is anyway. Good luck and enjoy your Bissell Steam Mop!

This mop does a great job and is surprisingly inexpensive for the quality. My mom bought this for me as a gift and we have enjoyed cleaning our hardwood and tile floors with it. We have not had any issues with streaking on our natural hardwood floors. The water reservoir is not hard to remove (do not agree with other posts that said it was hard to remove). Cord is long. We went ahead and ordered an extra set of mop pads to have when/if the ones it comes with tire out.

I had doubts about the usefulness of this cleaner. It has amazed me. Our floors have indentations and were in bed with dirt. This map has managed to clean that up; something that needed a scrub brush to accomplish before. I originally had no idea what the Advantage of being able to swivel around corners could be - it's a game changer! I highly recommend this steam cleaner!

I really enjoy using this mop, its a lot better then any other form off cleaning the floors that exist on the market. The price is a fare good price for the value. One of the down sides I had was with cleaning larger rooms the water tank wasn't that big. So I was having to add water multiple times. But I was able to look past that given, what more value I get then negative.

I purchased this about two weeks ago and the first time I used it I was in love with it. It is easy to use and cleans the floors to a shine. Gets all the dirt and grime off my tile floors. Using this steam cleaner is guick and easy. The greatest thing I have purchased in a long time, I can't say enough great things about it. Everyone needs one.

I purchased this steam mop six months ago and it works great. The only problem I have had is the leaking. When I took off the bottle with water, I saw the cap was broken. I had to order a replacement. INstead of Bissell shipping the free air freshner, they should ship a couple of twist on cap for the water tank.
