It worked very well for me the few months that I have had it. Cleaned and disinfected very well. I took very good care of it. I used filtered water each time. Emptied it immediately when i had finished. Now it just makes a loud noise when I turn it on and no steam comes out.

This steam mop is great I have owned two and this one is by far the best I've owned. I use this steam mop on my hardwood floors and tile in my kitchen. I wish my whole house was hardwood or tile it would be so much easier to clean with having this amazing steam mop. This product only takes about 10 seconds to heat up which is a great feature. It's not heavy so it's so easy to push around. The water canister actually holds a lot of water I only have to refill it once. I love that I can add cleaning solution Bissell brand of course but when I use it I get that fresh clean smell throughout my house. The pads that attach to the mop when cleaning are washable and can be reused. I don't dry them after washing just incase they would shrink. I highly recommend this product it's wonderful and a great price

I bought the Power Fresh Steam Mop after moving to a new home with tile floors and noticing that my old steam mop was leaving streaks. After vacuuming, my floors will look clean then I run this mop and I am amazed at how much dirt it picks up. I love that it is light weight, easy to use, and requires only one refill to clean my entire house.

I cannot say how much I love this steam mop. I had one I ordered off an infomercial. HATED IT it was ridiculous. After doing much research, I bought this and LOVE it. I feel SO much better about my tile when company and crawling grandbabies are over!!!! Beats my favorite mop in the world. And best of all? NO more smell of cleaners which NONE smell good, no more pinesol! And I still love it knowing they are clean without the smell! Just order some extra pads. I use it a lot, its very very user friendly! ONLY down fall, I'd like a longer cord, but that is my only tiny complaint.

I have had many cleaning tools in my lifetime (age 64) and this Bissell is by far the best! I had a steam mop prior to this one and it did not do a good job at all, it left my tile looking streaky and dingy, plus I was exhausted by the time I was finished. It took forever to get the floor looking clean, and the steam/water did not come out enough. But this Bissell is wonderful. Now washing my floors are a breeze and I am finished in no time! I did not have to work hard at all...no pressing down on the mop and making my arms tired. I would make sure to tell people to use the distilled water that they tell you to use. I read other reviews that said their machine stopped after 6 months, or was spraying out the back. My daughter has this product too (that is how I learned about it) and she too has had no problems. Distilled water if very cheap and will add to the lifetime of your Steam Mop. Don't hesitate to buy this mop.

I just bought this steam mop as an early christmas present from my husband and I must say it is great! I bought it mainly for my kitchen and bathroom floors and I must say my kitchen floor has never been this clean. I wish I had bought it prior to now.

I JUST RECEIVED POWER FRESH STEAM MOP LAST WEEK. I USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS WEEK END. I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES IT TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE DIRT AND MORE! I HAVE BEEN USING SWIFFER WET JET FRO ABOUT A YEAR AND I HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ITEM AS THE HANDLER BROKE. ALL IT DID WAS PUSH ALL OF THE DIRT IN THE CORNER AND SIDE OF THE WALL. POWER FRESH STEAM MOP REMOVE ALL OF THE DIRT IN THE CORNER AND SIDE. IT DONE WHAT SWIFFER JET MOP COULDN'T DO! AFTER USING POWER FRESH STEAM MOP FOR THE FIRST TIME MY FLOOR LOOK GREAT LIKE NEW! ONLY THING I WISH IT HAD A SHUT OFF SWITCH ON THE HANDLE AND A LONGER CORD LIKE 30 FOOT. I used this Bissell steam mop for the first time today. Assembly was a complete breeze, and the directions were easy to follow. I filled the tank with distilled water as recommended and I was ready to go. I have a large wood floor area in my home. I was finished steam cleaning the entire downstairs in approximately 40 minutes. It only took one tank full of water to complete the job. Features that I love: light, easy to use, mop head is fairly large, simple directions, great design. Do not even consider another brand! If you want a great product at a reasonable price, this is the steam mop to purchase!!

This mop has made cleaning easy and dare I say enjoyable. It heats up quickly and gets the tough dirt and grime off my tile floors. Having two small boys and pets this mop is a breeze to pull out and go. I love the fresh discs and find that a quarter of the disc freshens the house perfectly. I tried a half disc and the scent was a bit too powerful.

I have Shark for years.I hated it because it don't clean the dirt in my floor.It took me a while to finally try Bisell.I am glad I did!!! So easy to use it cleans my hardwood floor and dries pretty quick.I have 2 young kids and 2 dogs that go outside all the time.This is perfect and can even use it on my carpet.So awesome! I am inlove!!!
