Purchased this after having both knees replaced and unable to kneel to clean bathroom floor. Working very well 3 times, hot steam, even water flow out and I truly felt like the floor was clean and sanitized. I use it once a week. Then it stopped heating and water started dripping out the back. I went online to see how to trouble shoot and unattached and reattached the handle to the base. Worked the next time used and then again the same problems. So disappointed.

The title of the review says it all. I got this for Christmas this year and have used it 3x so far. Partly b/c I just had major abdominal surgery 2 weeks before Christmas and needed to take it easy and partly b/c I didn't realize we had THAT much buildup on our floors! This works superb on those areas, especially! I'm talking grease/dirt/grime/dog/cat hair, you name it, etc. buildup. The kind that gets into corners and you THINK your floor is clean until you use a product like this! Now I will say it does take awhile to get these areas clean b/c you have to leave the steamer on it for 10-15 seconds and then immediately lean over and pick it up with a towel or paper towel, but once those buildup areas ARE clean, you don't have to spend that kind of time each time you mop. The only thing I was NOT impressed with were the little scented discs. I don't think they did a thing to make my house smell any better and I don't plan on purchasing any more of them. I threw mine away after the first use b/c it just looked nasty and it didn't really smell nice any longer. I use this mop on the number 2 setting for our real hardwood floors and on the highest setting for the kitchen tile floor. That tile is much older and looks grimier than it really is. I haven't had a chance to work with it in the kitchen too much but have high hopes this will bring the tile back to life, at least a little bit. I'd highly recommend purchasing this steam mop. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Easy to assemble (2 minutes!) and heats up super fast (30 seconds) even when you refill the water reservoir! It's easy to manouever, refill and use, all the way around. I sure hope it holds up and I don't have to come back and remove this review!

As the Queen of Steam Cleaning and having engaged in using three other steamers for a 2800 square foot home, all tile, this is the Superior Steamer and only steamer I will use from this day forward. It removes dirt and grime not only from all the tile but also from the grout. Enjoy using this easy to use and highly effective steamer.

We just installed new laminate floors and did not like how they looked after we cleaned them with our old mop and bucket. We took a chance and purchased this steam mop. We are very pleased on how easy it is to use and how well it cleans. The floors dry very fast with almost no streaking. My only complaint is No power on and off switch.

I have used 2 Haan steamers prior to my purchase of the Power Fresh Steam Mop and this steamer far surpasses the Haan. It has a swivel head getting to more/tighter places, has gotten more marks off the floor, has a longer cord allowing for less un/plugging, and comes with the optional discs/liquid to make your home smell good while cleaning. After using both, I prefer the discs~ I really cannot smell the liquid at all, but the discs (I only use half a one each cleaning) smell very nice. The only minor issue is the difficulty at getting the water tank out of its holder~ can be a bit frustrating at times but nothing major. I have recommended this steam mop to many family members, with two already purchasing/enjoying the ease of use and cleaning. Highly recommended steam mop~

My floors never felt clean no matter what I used there were always streak marks and residue left. I now can walk on the floor with my bear feet and they are clean they even look like I used wax on them, I am so happy with this purchase I got one for my co-worker and plan to buy another one for my daughter. The floors even feel clean three days later.

When I tried my new steam mop I was very impressed. It seemed to be more solidly built than the one I have been using. I like the fact that you can change the amount of steam. It allows you to use it in various conditions. The mop heads are able to get in small groves better than a smooth head and I like the scrubbing feature on the back of the head. This helps you scrub off hard to remove material. I like the Power-fresh Steam Mop and would recommend it to others.

I have had the Bissell Steam mop for about the past year or more. I was leary of getting a steam mop for use on my laminate floors because I bought one years ago and it left my floors with streaks. I neede something to sanitize the floors with having 2 dogs, 2 cats and a baby. I decided to purchase the Bissell steam mop because of the adjustable steam settings and the discs that could be used to freshen the smell of the house as I cleaned. This mop worked really well on the lowest steam setting on my laminate floors and did not leave any streaks. It's easy to use and glides along the floor with ease while I'm holding my baby in one arm. The past two times that I've used my Bissell steam mop it's had a horrible fishy odor! I'm not sure how to get rid of the smell! If I could get rid of the smell I wouldn't mind using my stem mop more often again!

I like it SO much better than the steamer I had. The pads wrap around the holder so when I pick it up to move it they don't drop off - steam is so much stronger and adjustable I like the scent of the little tablets you put in the pad. Very pleased that the head rotates to get into narrow places. Happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop is WAY better than Shark steam mops. You dont have to refill as often, there are multiple degrees of steam power you can choose from, and it's far easier on my back because it doesnt require using so much elbow grease.
