This mop did a fantastic job at removing 23 years of dirt that couldn't be removed with regular mopping or even scrubbing on your hands and knees with a brush. The dirt that gets down in the little tiny divots and crevices of linoleum. I read in the instructions that the pump would make a noise the first time out and it did but it soon stopped. I will never mop without steam again!

I had a Sharp steam mop and never liked it. Stopped working after a short period. I got on line and saw the Bissell Power Fresh steam mop had a good review. I ordered the Bissell Power Fresh and the first time I used it I loved it. So easy to put the water in, had steam in a few seconds, did not put a puddle of water on floor, like the Sharp, just steam. Clean my tile floors so good. The pads and extra brush attachment are wonderful. Love it, beats Sharp steam mop 100%

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to it was to replace the old mod and bucket for my mom, but I think this may be tiring for her to push on some surfaces (tiled floor). Not that she cannot but due to her back issues it may be difficult. I can use it with ease and one tank of water allows me to do my kitchen, den, and dining room. I don't know the square footage but it beats the mop and bucket routine hands down. Plus the benefit of the steam killing the germs opposed to hot water in a bucket. Cord is long and the entire unit is light. I hope to get many years of use out of it.

I steam cleaned the entire kitchen and it worked well. I filled the tank a second time to do the hallway, but this time, even though the indicator light was on, it would not allow me to switch to a steam level. Please advise on that. Also, there was no carpet attachment in the box, which leads me to believe it was a used return.

I have had steam mops before.....but this one actually works. It removes a lot of dirt from floor when a person has a big black lab ...... lumbering all over your floors. Currently, I am using this device for my kitchen porcelien flooring. Words like a charm. I love it. I highly recommend to anyone needing a product like this.

What a great steam mop! It is so easy to use and works so well. It has an extra scrubber on the back that comes in handy quite a lot. About a year ago, my husband spilled some lacquer on the kitchen linoleum. Nothing would get it off. I tried every kind of cleaner I could think of, even lighter fluid. So my 8-yr-old suggested I try the steam mop. I didn't think it would work, but it did! After letting the steam work on it several times and using the scrubber attachment, the lacquer came off. I was so amazed. Would like the water container to hold more, but not a big deal. Definitely recommend this mop.

i used this for almost 6 mos. and it did a pretty good job, but just stopped working in the middle of the room one day. Unfortunately i was unable to find my receipt, so I'm out of luck getting it fixed and out of the money it cost. I have 4 extra pads and fragrance disc, but i will not buy another one because it may just stop working also.

I cannot stress this enough, this is very easy to use!!! Ever since we got hounds we never saw our floors as clean as they are after using this! Very easy, very quick, very lightweight, very quiet, very impressed! This is a must-have in a home with kids, dogs, with little time. Thanks Bissell!

Love my little steamer, purchased some extra covers and that really helps to clean my whole house in a relatively short period of time. When you fill it with water, it runs for a long time before you need to refill and that is with using heavy steam. It does a good job of cleaning my tile floors.

I barely had this for 9 months until the cap broke that covers the water. It cracked right where the seal is. It leaked water all over and caused rust in the lower part of the unit. I loved this steam mop until this happened. I recommended this to all my family and friends and regret doing so now. The cap is faulty which ruined the whole unit that I can no longer use.
