I ordered the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop because the Shark did not last ( a HUGE waste of $$$). So, because of the reviews when I did research the Bissell seemed the way to go. WRONG! Because, the HAAN that I had (like a dummy I let my housekeeper buy it from me) and it is great on tile and sealed hardwood! That I bought a SHARK and they don't last because the heating element will heat, but, no steam for the floor or tile! A WASTE! So, now I am to this Bissell and you have to read the fine print on page 8 "that it may result in a diminished glossiness"! DIMINISHED my foot! I AM LIVID that the other steamers will work on all floors #just won't last# and now my hardwood looks TERRIBLE!! I will not recommend this product to anyone. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! Another waste of good money!

Used my new Bissell Powerfresh steam mop for the first time on my tile floor. It was easy to assemble and an absolute pleasure to use. It did a great job cleaning, even those protein stains from my pets' eye goobers. Even steamed out some old grout stains.

I love to buy stuff to clean with, specially when it makes my Life easier and the Steam Mop does it. It is really light weight and easy to handle. It cleaned my kitchen floors really good. I have two dogs and one husband and there all bring enough dirt in the house. So I take the Steam Mop and in a couple of minutes it is clean again. Thanks Bissell.

Cleans tile floor, wood flooring too, leaves it completely spotless. My mom borrowed it, she said it was a waste of money, she used it, she loves it and now wants to buy one for herself. Her floor gets dirty so easily, smudgy, black stains, she has white tile flooring. She used it and all the dirt comes off easily. Buy it, makes cleaning much easier and faster. Even my husband "mops", easy to use even he can do it without complaining.

Leaves the floor soaking wet, a major slip hazard, and streaks horribly. The pad isn't held in firm contact with the floor surface. Steam condenses back into liquid very quickly in the ridiculous chambers on the underside of the machine head (microfiber mounting plate). The floor looks similar to any mopped floor after the unit passes over it. Stupid design. Microfiber won't clean at all if it isn't healed uniformly against the surface to be cleaned. This machine can create significant damaged to engineered wood floors due to the fact that most of what is dispensed is merely hot water, not steam.

Within three weeks of purchase and use, this vacuum/steamer could not keep up with our 15 x 22 kitchen floor. Steaming the floor after food prep and meals at the end of the day - this product failed. No longer putting out steam, the 'trigger' only works part of the time. So disappointed as the Vacuum store recommended. I have not even filled out the warranty card!! Purchased the 'pet clean up' as we now have a 2 year old living with us - constant clean up.

First time owning a steam mop. Purchased it because our big kitchen & entrance way has multiple grout lines, not your typical straight grout lines & wet mops just weren't getting them as clean as I want. After 2 times of using, the steam level button sporadically doesn't work. I have to unplug it then it's fine? Not sure why this happens but for the price I can't complain. I like the fragrant disc but they are only good for 1 use so I purchased the fragrant water. I'm a little disappointed in the water as I do not feel that it is as strong of a scent as the disc.

As the Queen of Steam Cleaning and having engaged in using three other steamers for a 2800 square foot home, all tile, this is the Superior Steamer and only steamer I will use from this day forward. It removes dirt and grime not only from all the tile but also from the grout. Enjoy using this easy to use and highly effective steamer.

This is a very light weight unit that heats very quickly and has a very long cord that reached two different rooms without unplugging. The mop heads are easy to install, the directions for use simple and plain, the added scrubber brush useful, and the different steam settings helpful. Best investment I have made in years.

So I have had a steam mop for years now but never really used it because it didn't work that great (small steam head, ran out of water fast, took forever to clean the floor). So a year ago I purchased on Black Friday a Bissell vacuum and I love it! So this year I said to myself "I have to get a New Steam Mop!" after searching online and reading reviews this one caught my eye and i thought oh it looks perfect for all my needs. and boy was I right!!! I have a dog (lab) and he tracks in mud, dirty, etc. also a husband who can sometimes make messes and only wipe it quickly leaving a sticky mess. Also my house is completely tile and ugly tile i may add that never looks clean even when it is. Well today I received my mom and I immediately opened it and set it up (which was so easy) I also looks very nice. I love that the steam head is a large service so it covers more space as i am cleaning, i love the scrubbing brush too! Well after cleaning my entire first floor of my tiled house which never looks good I can say with a 10 STAR rating my floors look amazing and I didnt have to pass a spot more than 2-3 times for it to look great! it also drys very fast which i love seeing i have a dog and husband who dont like to wait to walk on the floors! sorry for such a long review but i just have to rave about it because it is so Wonderful! So if you are thinking should i make the purchase?,...YES ABSOLUTELY you wont be disappointed Thank you Bissell for my wonderful steam mop and your great customer service .
