This was a replacement for an Oreck floor steam cleaner. The Power Fresh is so much lighter and easier to move around on the floors. Hot steam in a hurry. The steam control is great - takes all the guesswork out of choosing the temperature you need, and you don't have to worry with a steam controller while you're working. Water reservoir is adequate and is so quick and easy to refill when you run low. You WILL notice the difference in the floor surface when finished.

I have 3000 square feet of tile in my home. Have used many products and gadgets to clean my tile. This one is the best! It leaves floor clean and fresh with no sticky residue. Attached brush gets off harder to remove stains and mop glides easily across the floor. Takes very little time to steam entire 3000 square feet. Finally found a steamer that really works!

I researched reviews of many different brands out there and this seemed the best for my purposes. It arrived quickly and assembled easily. I had a very dirty linoleum floor in an apartment. I used this steamer with the heavy duty cleaner pad a scrubber but it did not do the job. I ultimately had to get on my hands and knees with cleaner and a scrub brush. For my "new" tile floor it works great. I would only recommend it for new and already clean floors. Not for older floors with dirty grout, etc.

This mop is awesome! I have back problems and this mop does not hurt my back or take much effort to use. It takes a few minutes for the mop head to get wet where it will actually glide easily across the floor but once it does, man it really makes it seem as if you don't have to do anything! Love it and the scent pads smell so nice!

I used the steamer only once since I purchased it and felt it did do a good job cleaning my floor. I liked the flip-down easy scrubber. It saved me getting down on my hands and knees. I do have one concern--with the clunking sound when the machine starts. Hope this is not mean something is wrong with the steamer I received.

I cleaned our vinyl floor and also tried the rug spot cleaner, and I must say I think the STEAM MOP IS THE GREATEST THING SINCE SLLICED BREAD. Extreamly satisfied did a fantastic job, on the floor, Rug good, but it wasn't really made for the rugs. A little pricey but if it lasts for any length of time is worth it.

This is so easy to use and with a bad knee I am unable to scrub floors. This takes all the work out of cleaning the floors. It even removes hairspray residue on my bathroom floor. I really like it because it cleans without chemicals, and with a cat, I don't want my pet ingesting cheimicals after walking on the floor. I had another steam mop manufactured by a different company, and it didn't clean as well and it died on me about a year after I purchased it.

So I have had a steam mop for years now but never really used it because it didn't work that great (small steam head, ran out of water fast, took forever to clean the floor). So a year ago I purchased on Black Friday a Bissell vacuum and I love it! So this year I said to myself "I have to get a New Steam Mop!" after searching online and reading reviews this one caught my eye and i thought oh it looks perfect for all my needs. and boy was I right!!! I have a dog (lab) and he tracks in mud, dirty, etc. also a husband who can sometimes make messes and only wipe it quickly leaving a sticky mess. Also my house is completely tile and ugly tile i may add that never looks clean even when it is. Well today I received my mom and I immediately opened it and set it up (which was so easy) I also looks very nice. I love that the steam head is a large service so it covers more space as i am cleaning, i love the scrubbing brush too! Well after cleaning my entire first floor of my tiled house which never looks good I can say with a 10 STAR rating my floors look amazing and I didnt have to pass a spot more than 2-3 times for it to look great! it also drys very fast which i love seeing i have a dog and husband who dont like to wait to walk on the floors! sorry for such a long review but i just have to rave about it because it is so Wonderful! So if you are thinking should i make the purchase?,...YES ABSOLUTELY you wont be disappointed Thank you Bissell for my wonderful steam mop and your great customer service . I purchased this product less than a year ago based a a recommendation from a friend. I had borrowed hers and LOVED IT, so I went to purchase my own. About 5 months ago, my friends heating element went out and stopped steaming at all. Two months after hers went out, mine went out. They are the exact same model, the 1940. I really did like the way it cleaned but I've only had it 8 months and it will not steam anymore. My Shark lasted 5 years (until I bought this one). Really disappointed =(

What a great, fantastic, amazing wonder!!!! I used it three times already, so easy to use, makes the floors shiny and really clean!!! Get rid of your mops and buckets!!! You have to buy this. I use filtered water, and put a few drops of scented soap in it and the house smells like heaven!!! Plus, I throw the pad in warm water with a little detergent and it is clean and ready for the next use. Thank you BISSELL
