We have tile floors throughout our home. After vacuuming I steam each room. It is wonderful. Easy to use, lightweight, easy to maneuver. I purchased additional pads so that I could change the pads if needed. I should have purchased this little steamer sooner! I recommend this product.

I absolutely love my Bissel power fresh steamer. It is so easy to use. I bought mine when we moved into our new house cause it has all wooden floors, tile, etc, and it does wonders!!!! Everytime i use it my floors look brand new and those disc scents are....AMAZING!!! I will definently buy more of these and recommend it to friends, neighbors, family,etc!!! Thanks for my Bissel!!!!

I am so pleased with this product. Recently, i had to let go of our cleaning lady. i have been through quite a few as the house was not cleaned thoroughly. I started to do the work myself and make it easier by purchasing a steam mop. let me just say that when i hired a cleaning person, you could never walk around in white sox. Now that i use this steam mop, our sox remain white as my floors are now crystal clean! love love love this product vey easy to use. Many thanks Bissel!

This beats the old mop n bucket any day, We have laminate floors and the hot steam cleans them nicely. There is the flip down scrubber behind the mop for stubborn and sticky grime, but it doesn't have much scrubbing power due to weak leverage. It locks into place but lightly glides,over the floor,surface. When I use it, I step,on it, as I move the mop back and forth for better contact on the stuck on yuck. It's the got steam that loosens the grime and if,you,pass over the grime spots, you shouldn't need the scrubber in most cases. I see the newer version of this has a scrubber brush which attaches to the bottom of the steam mop, once the mop head has been removed. A better thing would be a perimeter scrubber which attaches to this steam mop and fits around the pad and all. When your done scrubbing, you could take it off and continue steam mopping right on the floor. Bissell'S R&D better wake up, they could sell it as an accessory!

After 1 yr, it leaks water from the back whenever I am using it to mop my wood floor. I have tried to tighten the cap of the water bottle. I also check if there is leakage around the bottle. None of those problems happen. It only leaks when I use it to mop.

I live with my 18-year-old son, and our nine-month-old dog. I used other mops, with the bucket of chemical-water, that would leave sticky residue, or dirty streaks. The first time I used my Steam Mop, all I did was sweep, and turned it on high. By the time I was done with the second section of my kitchen, the first section was spotless and dry! I could hardly believe that something this simple, could do such an amazing job! Next job, hard-wood floor in the dining room, and then the laundry room, where the dog has her food and water bowls, and her kennel. Thank you for such an easy and thorough cleaning system! I loved this product when I first got it. It is easy to use, heats up quickly and gets floors clean with little pressure. However, I was very disappointed when after only a year and a half the water tank cap cracked, leaving the mop useless (unless I wanted water all over the floor) until I bought a new cap. I understand wear and tear happens but in my opinion this was unacceptable after a little over a year.

Cleans okay. It does better on smooth surface. my tile that looks like wood has thin veins for trexture. The steam doesn't penetrate no matter how slow I mop or let the mop sit. The black nozzle cap easily break off. Be careful not to over tighten the cap. There is no off switch. This means I have to walk through wet floor to unplug or keep moving the plug so I don't have to walk on wet flooring.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to it was to replace the old mod and bucket for my mom, but I think this may be tiring for her to push on some surfaces (tiled floor). Not that she cannot but due to her back issues it may be difficult. I can use it with ease and one tank of water allows me to do my kitchen, den, and dining room. I don't know the square footage but it beats the mop and bucket routine hands down. Plus the benefit of the steam killing the germs opposed to hot water in a bucket. Cord is long and the entire unit is light. I hope to get many years of use out of it.

I used the steamer only once since I purchased it and felt it did do a good job cleaning my floor. I liked the flip-down easy scrubber. It saved me getting down on my hands and knees. I do have one concern--with the clunking sound when the machine starts. Hope this is not mean something is wrong with the steamer I received.
