[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I feel compelled to write a review for this product, because it is that great. I was looking for a more natural, chemical free way to clean my cheap fake hardwood floors. I was tired of going through packs of disposable mop pads that constantly fell apart or would come apart from the mop. I also have a shepsky who loves to get dirty, so I'm constantly cleaning the floors. This product was easy to assemble, very lightweight and easy to maneuver around rugs, furniture and such. Once plugged in, it doesn't take long to be ready to use. The thing that "floored" me (I know, that was bad haha) was that I had a few old paint stains on the floor in my living room. Not anymore, this mighty little thing got rid of them! I just received it today so of course I had to check it out right away. I'm so glad I purchased this cleaner. Oh, 3 days ago I used my old stupid mop to supposedly clean my floors. Well I attached a pic of the microfiber pad after I got done using it. Ugh I felt like a disgusting human, thinking that my floors were cleaner than that. I love that Bissell also helps save animals. Thanks!

My house has 2535 sq/ft of porcelain tile and finally I found an appliance that cleans my floors thoroughly with little effort. I use the highest steam setting and change out the mop head pads several times during a full house clean. I use the mop almost weekly on the kitchen floor, which takes about 15 minutes and leaves my kitchen floor sparkling clean, free of spill and food marks. I only use distilled water in the tank during use. When not in use, I remove the water tank and the rubber one way valve and store them separately in a dry place. I am so pleased with my steam mop and happy I researched because I made the right decision!

I have a small house cleaning business and I LOVE this steam mop!! before i bought the specific floor soulitions, using just steam myself and my clients were totally amazed at the amount of dirt that would come up even if we moped using something else before hand! Now with the solutions I feel i does even better! I would recommened this to anyone!! Def worth the money!!

This is a great product -- live in Las Vegas, the land of talc - like desert dust -- the job this steamer did on my irregular surfaced tile floor was nothing short of miraculous!!!! Highly recommend this steam mop. Tried others and this one is the leader of the pack!!!

The idea of the steamer is good, but this product has some design issues: 1. A black cap on the water container made from fragile plastic, cracks after one year of usage. 2. A rubber retainer on the pad quickly destroyed by steam, the pad tends to jump out from the base of the steamer. Has to be replaced after ten-twenty usages. Bissell must to fix these issues and supply replacement parts for it owner's cost.

I mopped floors regularly thought my floors were cleaned Bought Bissell mop for ease to make workload lighter And Bissell steam mop made my life easier plus it really cleaned. Floors much cleaner and much easier & faster Bissell steam mop, where have you been all these years?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought this steam mop about 3 years ago, it worked for about 1 year and then stopped, but I liked the way it cleaned so well, that I bought another. This model has worked fine for the past 2 years. I like cleaning with steam, not using chemicals and it cleans quickly. But, I struggle to get the container off the mop to fill with the distilled water. I have to pry it off with a butter knife or large spoon and even then it takes quite a while to loosen it. I hope they can improve this going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop works perfectly! It cleaned my floors so nicely. I used it once a week for 4 months, then it quit working. I'm the type of person that buys something, and if it works great I throw my paperwork away, so my loss. With how well it worked, I wish it would have lasted longer.

I use this to clean some very old floors. It has removed or lightened stains that have been there for years! It is light weight, so it cannot be swished around like a mop. That is a good thing, but I am wary of its durability. I have had it for only a short time. We shall see what time and use brings.

Used it for the first time today. What a great machine. My whole house is tile except for the living room and 2 bedrooms. No more sticky kitchen floor. So easy to use. I used it on both middle and high steam. Amazing how it removed long standing dirt from the depressions in the tile. Floors never looked so clean and shiny. Thank you Bissell. Time will tell on the longevity of this product. So far 100% satisfied.
