This is a great steam mop. The scent discs give off a nice fragrance. I have ordered extra pads, so I always have an extra set. I can clean all my floors fast with just the right amount of steam with the adjustable steam levels. No residue, clean floors, nice smell after, you really can't go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. Hard lesson learned. I find the mop head too large for smaller bathrooms.

I love the steam mop. It does a great job at cleaning without any chemicals. I use it once every two weeks and after a couple of months, it is now leaking water. I wish this could be fixed because I cant use it anymore. Especially since I had already stocked up on extras available on this website. :( Good luck.

I confess we just purchased this mop in the last two weeks and I have only used it once. We used it on our porcelain tile floors which are found in our kitchen and hallway. The brightness of the tile after we had used the steam mop was stunning! It brightened up our floors considerably.

This beats the old mop n bucket any day, We have laminate floors and the hot steam cleans them nicely. There is the flip down scrubber behind the mop for stubborn and sticky grime, but it doesn't have much scrubbing power due to weak leverage. It locks into place but lightly glides,over the floor,surface. When I use it, I step,on it, as I move the mop back and forth for better contact on the stuck on yuck. It's the got steam that loosens the grime and if,you,pass over the grime spots, you shouldn't need the scrubber in most cases. I see the newer version of this has a scrubber brush which attaches to the bottom of the steam mop, once the mop head has been removed. A better thing would be a perimeter scrubber which attaches to this steam mop and fits around the pad and all. When your done scrubbing, you could take it off and continue steam mopping right on the floor. Bissell'S R&D better wake up, they could sell it as an accessory!

Wow this steam mop is amazing. I've always been using a mop and bucket, and it's just so much hassle. I started looking up steam mops, and I'm really glad I purchased this one! It's easy to set up and use, I just can't believe I haven't bought one before. What a difference this makes in cleaning, I mopped the kitchen, and my laundry room and I couldn't believe how much dirt the steam mop pad had picked up! I'm absolutely in love with this, and I'm going to let everyone I know that they need to ditch the mop and bucket, and buy this steam mop! Oh I also used a half of the fresh scent disk, I can smell it, but it's not strong, which is what I prefer.

I just purchased this steam mop and used it. We have a golden retriever who drools and spots our dark cherry wood floors. The last steam mop we had (different brand) would require about 5 passes to remove the spots. With this item it was up once and back once and the spots are gone! Love it, and highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tile flooring I've had this product for seven years and it works perfectly just like it did on day one. I put distilled water in it as that is when it calls for. Maybe that's why it's lasted so long. I love it.

I purchased this steam mop for our adult day center, where cleanliness is essential. We have tile floors, and we have tried all kinds of systems in the past three years, and none were satisfactory. In desperation, I finally decided to try this mop. It is wonderful! So easy to use every day, and does a great job. We also purchased the Zing vacuum to use for little pick-ups after mealtime and for daily cleaning, instead of stirring up dust with a broom. For us, this is a winning combination. We use the vacuum, followed by the steam mop every day, and could not be more pleased with the job they do. We highly recommend both the steam mop and the Zing vacuum.

I have mostly laminate and hard wood floors. My floors started to look dingy and streaky. After the first use, you should see how much dirt it picked up. The shine is already returning to my floors. I am sure that after one or two more times, my floors will be just as clean and shiny as when I put them in. Thank you for a great product. The only issue is that the water container is difficult to remove. Maybe the next generation of mops should have some type of clip, lip or latch to assist in getting the water cup out.
