[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tile flooring I've had this product for seven years and it works perfectly just like it did on day one. I put distilled water in it as that is when it calls for. Maybe that's why it's lasted so long. I love it.

This is a great steam mop. The scent discs give off a nice fragrance. I have ordered extra pads, so I always have an extra set. I can clean all my floors fast with just the right amount of steam with the adjustable steam levels. No residue, clean floors, nice smell after, you really can't go wrong.

I love the ease of this cleaning machine. It does the job and I feel confident it did a great job. I don't mind using this cleaner and kind of sad when it's done cleaning. It's goes so fast that I'm done in no time. Love the scented water. Thus is just a neat machine and I love the new improvements over the older one I had.

I have a small house cleaning business and I LOVE this steam mop!! before i bought the specific floor soulitions, using just steam myself and my clients were totally amazed at the amount of dirt that would come up even if we moped using something else before hand! Now with the solutions I feel i does even better! I would recommened this to anyone!! Def worth the money!!

Wow this steam mop is amazing. I've always been using a mop and bucket, and it's just so much hassle. I started looking up steam mops, and I'm really glad I purchased this one! It's easy to set up and use, I just can't believe I haven't bought one before. What a difference this makes in cleaning, I mopped the kitchen, and my laundry room and I couldn't believe how much dirt the steam mop pad had picked up! I'm absolutely in love with this, and I'm going to let everyone I know that they need to ditch the mop and bucket, and buy this steam mop! Oh I also used a half of the fresh scent disk, I can smell it, but it's not strong, which is what I prefer.

We have tile floors throughout our home. After vacuuming I steam each room. It is wonderful. Easy to use, lightweight, easy to maneuver. I purchased additional pads so that I could change the pads if needed. I should have purchased this little steamer sooner! I recommend this product.

I was looking for a more natural, chemical free way to clean my cheap fake hardwood floors. I was tired of going through packs of disposable mop pads that constantly fell apart or would come apart from the mop. I also have a shepsky who loves to get dirty, so I'm constantly cleaning the floors. This product was easy to assemble, very lightweight and easy to maneuver around rugs, furniture and such. Once plugged in, it doesn't take long to be ready to use. The thing that "floored" me (I know, that was bad haha) was that I had a few old paint stains on the floor in my living room. Not anymore, this mighty little thing got rid of them! I just received it today so of course I had to check it out right away. I'm so glad I purchased this cleaner. Oh, 3 days ago I used my old stupid mop to supposedly clean my floors. Well I attached a pic of the microfiber pad after I got done using it. Ugh I felt like a disgusting human, thinking that my floors were cleaner than that. I love that Bissell also helps save animals. Thanks!

after having a hand held, (for only one week) and being very frustrated at the lack of cleaning I bought this one and have been putting off using it, afraid I would be disappointed. I was not. I have a small bath with white tile and white grout. dirty all the time. I started using it and thought this is not working, and about that time, It is white again. Maybe next time it will be easier. I was wondering if I could pretreat my floors with a cleaner, and steam the cleaner? I think it would work faster, but don't want to harm the cleaner. does anyone know?

So my Bissell Steam mop recently died a quiet death. Rather than replace it with the same one, I upgraded to PowerFresh Steam Mop. Am I glad I did! I have several cats and dogs and tile floors. Both are bound to have accidents and this mop really cleans it up. I love the attachments. They work just about anywhere in the house and are super easy to use. Super happy with my purchase!
