I purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop about a month ago and I am very happy with this product. I have 3 pets, one of whom is older and has frequent accidents in the house. I wanted something that I could use to clean up these messes quickly and without putting harsh chemicals on the tile. The mop was incredibly easy to put together. The whole process took me about 2 minutes. The mop pads come on and off very easily and wash very well. I love the multiple steam settings and that you don't have to constantly depress a button to produce steam. The swivel head allows you to reach into any corner and the mop fits under most furniture as well. The mop heats up in 30 seconds, so you're ready to clean almost immediately. It's very lightweight and the cord is long enough so that you can mop a pretty big area without having to plug in to a different outlet. It's great to do spot cleaning or to clean a large floor area. I am very happy with my purchase!

I have owned the Shark steam mop and had clog issues constantly. I have never had a clog issue with this Bissel steam mop yet!! It is easy to use and the warm up time is super quick! The only thing is that maybe I would recommend a little more steam and longer use time per one bottle of water.

I just used my new PowerFresh Steam Mop yesterday and it did a fantastic job on my kitchen floor. I love my Bissell vacuum cleaner as it works flawlessly but I'd never had a steam mop before. I am so happy to now have the PowerFresh Steam Mop as well. I always trust Bissell products.

For the price of this steam mop and the obnoxious cost for two replacement mop pads, one would think the steam-mop would work for more than 9 months and that the mop pads would be able to withstand being washed more than once. I loved this mop when I first bought it and when it actually worked, because of this it made paying $20 for two replacement mop pads (that I knew I knew would need replaced again after one wash) a little more tolerable. As of two days ago, it turns on, acts lime its going to work - if I'm lucky I may get a tad of steam then absolutley nothing. Using sponge mop with super hot water and soap is better than this mop.

I'm a big fan of using steam to mop my floors. Have been doing this for years! My last steam mop was a Karcher which I loved! Over a year ago, I gave my Karcher to my mom & decided to get this Bissell steam mop. It was working fine until about a month ago when the water tank cap broke while I was trying to remove the tank from the unit. I know it's only $5.99 to buy a replacement cap, but with shipping, it just seems a little much for what seems to be a defect. Not happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans my house in 1/3 the time of a spin mop and you don't have to lift heavy tubs to keep rinsing out dirty water and refilling a mop bucket. It sanitizes, steam kills anything on the tiles. It leaves the floor surprisingly shiny and cleans the grout better than a mop. It's very easy to use just make sure you use distilled water only just like in any ultrasonic water dispensing device. I now recommend this steam mop to friends and family.

Clean smarter - not harder! I have hardwood, vinyl, ceramic tile and carpet. My hard surface floors feel so nice on my bare feet now and no dull film left; mirror finish. I refresh my throw carpets and bedroom carpet with the glider attachment for a whole house clean. Lightweight even when full and does not tax my shoulder. Gets the floors super clean, shiny, smells great and I can get back to what the weekends are for.....Reading, relaxing and enjoying my home.

I just received it and put it together yesterday. I just finished using it in my small kitchen that has vinyl floor. I did not slide as easily as I thought it would; however, I probably did not use the right mop head. I tried using the scrubber mechanism but it would not stay down so I'm sure I need to learn how to do it correctly. I'll change out the mop head and try again. I do not have the distilled water yet so used tap water.

Doing the tile floors have never been easier since I purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop. You can just feel the steam sterilizing the environment and for me, there is nothing more comforting. It's durable, light, and considering I've dropped it several times, a tough guy who makes doing the floors as it could possibly be. I recommend everyone have one of thee guys if you have a lot of bare floors, it'll change your life, save your time, and put your mind at ease if you have children that the environment.

Great steam mop, but don't give up on your favorite lemon-scented floor cleaner and disinfectant. Don't put it in the mop, but mix it half and half with water in a spray bottle. Set the spray bottle nozzle on stream and as you mop, squirt the solution on the floor and then run the steam mop over it. You'll get twice the disinfecting - the steam and the solution. Your floor will be clean and your kitchen will smell great!
