What a great steam mop! It is so easy to use and works so well. It has an extra scrubber on the back that comes in handy quite a lot. About a year ago, my husband spilled some lacquer on the kitchen linoleum. Nothing would get it off. I tried every kind of cleaner I could think of, even lighter fluid. So my 8-yr-old suggested I try the steam mop. I didn't think it would work, but it did! After letting the steam work on it several times and using the scrubber attachment, the lacquer came off. I was so amazed. Would like the water container to hold more, but not a big deal. Definitely recommend this mop.

This is my first steam mop ever. I love it for the most part. There are 2 things I have a slight problem with but isn't a major deal breaker. One, I don't like that there is no on/off switch. To turn it off you have to unplug it. Two, although my cap for the water tank hasn't broken. I can possibly see it breaking in the future if one day I tighten it too tight by accident. Other than those two things I love it. I bought it because I have 2 cats, one has allergies. Everyone has allergies in our house minus our other cat and our guinea pig. I don't like using chemicals because of our alllergies. I also bought it because it's safer for our animals. Every time I got out our swiffer wet mop our cats would walk on it while it was still wet. I was worried about them getting sick from licking their paws after they walked on the floor. I was looking for a cleaner and safer alternative that wouldn't make them sick after walking on the floor. I'm a worry wart when it comes to my animals. So I heard about steam moping that cleans and sanitizes. I did some research and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. I have no regrets on buying this steam mop. It sanitizes and cleans. Plus I no longer have to worry about my cats possibly getting sick from walking on the floors if they're still wet. It gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend.

I haven't had this steamer very long and it was working fantastically but now I can feel that the water is heating but the water does not come out to steam the floor. Does anyone have any suggestions? I noticed that the store where I purchased it does not sell them any longer.

I love my steam mop. It does what it is supposed to do, but don't fool yourself, you have to vacuum the floor to catch the dust and the hair first. I only use distilled water, always empty the extra water left in the tank after I'm done, always remove the pad to wash it and dry it.... in short I've been taking good care of it and it lasted so far almost 2 years. The little brush in the back is useless. I can't find the scent discs anywhere! Bummer!

I own a small house cleaning company and we only use natural products, so I've tried out a few steam mops in my day and this one is by far the best! For my floors at home, I was only able to get them clean with my old steam mop when using extra cleaner and a scrubbing pad. I bought this mop because of the included scrubbing pad, but the mop is so powerful, I can use the regular pad too with great results. I have old white linoleum in my kitchen and a 100 lbs puppy who loves to dig, so my floors need some TLC every day and this mop is what the doctor ordered! This steam mop has an extra long cord, too, so I am able to do my entire kitchen as I was never able to do with previous mops I've tried -a definite plus!

This is my second Power Fresh Steam Mop the first mop worked well, but quit working after 6-7 uses. The reason was I didn't read that you could not use vinegar in the cleaning water. I am using distilled water only in this mop and so far it is working great. I love the mop that is why I ordered the second one I hope it keeps working and doesn't let me down. It really does clean well, I love it.

I just received it and put it together yesterday. I just finished using it in my small kitchen that has vinyl floor. I did not slide as easily as I thought it would; however, I probably did not use the right mop head. I tried using the scrubber mechanism but it would not stay down so I'm sure I need to learn how to do it correctly. I'll change out the mop head and try again. I do not have the distilled water yet so used tap water.

I am an above the knee amputee and so I have to clean in a wheel chair. I love this mop. It allows me to clean my tile and hardwood floors easily. I am no longer able to get on my hands and knees but I am able to get the same results that I did when I could. My grout comes clean and the hardwood is cleaned easily. This means alot to be able to keep my independence and and clean home.

I JUST RECEIVED POWER FRESH STEAM MOP LAST WEEK. I USE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS WEEK END. I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES IT TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE DIRT AND MORE! I HAVE BEEN USING SWIFFER WET JET FRO ABOUT A YEAR AND I HAD TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ITEM AS THE HANDLER BROKE. ALL IT DID WAS PUSH ALL OF THE DIRT IN THE CORNER AND SIDE OF THE WALL. POWER FRESH STEAM MOP REMOVE ALL OF THE DIRT IN THE CORNER AND SIDE. IT DONE WHAT SWIFFER JET MOP COULDN'T DO! AFTER USING POWER FRESH STEAM MOP FOR THE FIRST TIME MY FLOOR LOOK GREAT LIKE NEW! ONLY THING I WISH IT HAD A SHUT OFF SWITCH ON THE HANDLE AND A LONGER CORD LIKE 30 FOOT. OTHER WISE I'M VERY PLEASE AND WOULD BUY OTHER ONE WHEN THIS ONE WEAR OUT (HOPE NOT SOON) THANK YOU BISSELL SAM

This machine has 3 settings for steam which I like. I've only used it twice but so far I am very happy with it. My last one (another brand) had a trigger that you had to hold in to keep it running. That got tiring. The mop cover has elastic to hold it on the head securely. My old one did not. So this machine gets my vote!
