I purchased this and donated it to a local no-kill animal shelter for their Kitten Kabin. Everyone at the shelter has used it and they are in awe at how well it really cleans. The three steam settings are great and the mop head is perfect. The only thing I would change is adding an on/off switch to the mop. This steam mop is the best thing going for cleaning and sanitizing.

This steam mop is great I have owned two and this one is by far the best I've owned. I use this steam mop on my hardwood floors and tile in my kitchen. I wish my whole house was hardwood or tile it would be so much easier to clean with having this amazing steam mop. This product only takes about 10 seconds to heat up which is a great feature. It's not heavy so it's so easy to push around. The water canister actually holds a lot of water I only have to refill it once. I love that I can add cleaning solution Bissell brand of course but when I use it I get that fresh clean smell throughout my house. The pads that attach to the mop when cleaning are washable and can be reused. I don't dry them after washing just incase they would shrink. I highly recommend this product it's wonderful and a great price

I am not the most fastidious cleaner but when I clean I like a deep down clean. As I have moved into the 50+ age group, scrubbing my floors on hands and knees just doesn't quite work anymore. By far, the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop is the best cleaning device I have ever purchased. Love it for the following reasons: Ergonomic (no bending) Quick and easy to use, easy to store Lightweight No Mess - No Chemical Residue - No water pooling on the floor Satisfaction in knowing that my floors are not just clean but sanitized. While this product may not be for the housekeeper who approaches their cleaning as an aerobic workout. The Bissell PowerFresh Mop is the best answer for the methodical cleaner looking for a deep down clean. Brava!

I have been trying everything on the market to get my tile floors and grout clean. I finally decided to try this steam mop, since Bissell was rated so high. I am so happy with it so far. The sad part was seeing the mop head when I finished cleaning and realizing that the floors were dirtier then I ever dreamed. I am happy with my decision to purchase and I hope it stays that way!!

I absolutely love my Bissell steam cleaner. I have had more than a few other brand steam cleaners. None had the ease of use as my Bissell. I love the ease of filling/refilling the water tank. The cleaner mechanism moves to and around objects so easily. It goes where I want it to as opposed to other brands that seemed to have a mind of its own. Being 71 years of age, I now actually enjoy cleaning floors.

I love my steam mop. It does what it is supposed to do, but don't fool yourself, you have to vacuum the floor to catch the dust and the hair first. I only use distilled water, always empty the extra water left in the tank after I'm done, always remove the pad to wash it and dry it.... in short I've been taking good care of it and it lasted so far almost 2 years. The little brush in the back is useless. I can't find the scent discs anywhere! Bummer!

Got my steam mop as a house warming gift and love it! My only complaint is today when i grabbed it water came pouring out. After taking out the tank I realized the cap had broken off inside of the mop. Think I may have pushed it down to hard last time I filled it. Looked for the replacement tank online and noticed they where out of stock, so thinking a lot of people have this problem?

I cleaned my new laminate floor the day it was installed in June on my hands and knees. My husband regularly vacuums; my intentions were to mop at least every 2 weeks, but that did not happen, of course. Because I am always in a hurry, I chose a time to put the steam mop together and read how to use it (not hard at all) and proceeded to clean the floor. It was so easy to use, and the dirt on the mop cover on only the lowest setting was amazing. It's been a few days and the floor still seems clean and looks great; I love the fact that I can clean with steam quickly and easily!

Hated cleaning my laminate floors but now it is fast and easy. I have four kids and used to have to scrub all the hard spots before using my swiffer that would get so dirty it would eventually just spread the dirt on the pad around the floor. My floors didn't get really clean unless I hand scrubbed them but now it is quick an easy. My 1 year old exploded a can of soda everywhere and in a few minutes the sticky mess was taken care of. It is easy to use and does a great job. I highly recommend it!

I cannot say how much I love this steam mop. I had one I ordered off an infomercial. HATED IT it was ridiculous. After doing much research, I bought this and LOVE it. I feel SO much better about my tile when company and crawling grandbabies are over!!!! Beats my favorite mop in the world. And best of all? NO more smell of cleaners which NONE smell good, no more pinesol! And I still love it knowing they are clean without the smell! Just order some extra pads. I use it a lot, its very very user friendly! ONLY down fall, I'd like a longer cord, but that is my only tiny complaint.
