A product that actually does what the manufacturer says it does and then some. Out of the box, easy to assemble with a quick glance at the directions and ready to use and used in the first 20 minutes after I got it. Does a wonderful job on hardwood and tile floors. Ordered some extra cleaning pads because the tile and grout in two baths and kitchen seem to unravel them a bit but other than that this machine is great.

I received my first Bissel in 2014 and used it once before it stopped making steam. Customer service was great and they sent me a replacement mop. That has been used a total of 4 times and has now stopped producing steam. I'd have to say that I would not recommend this product.

I have only used the powerfresh steam mop once on our very large kitchen floor and two bathroom tile floors. I was super-impressed with this product and highly recommend it to anyone who is considering buying it. It is very easy to use and is a powerful mop. I had to wash the mop head as it got so much dirt off our floors (very embarresing) from the first use. I especially appreciate the swivel head and it fits behind and along side the toilet with ease. I have had it for a couple of months and use it on my ceramic tile floor. It is awesome and even helps keep the grout clean! I use this on the highest setting but could it be used on a lower setting for hardwood floors? I would love to recommend it to my sister.

I have a bad back and neck and was looking for something that was easy to use without breaking hurting myself and this was definitely it. It is lite enough and easy to move around the tile and vinyl floors. This was five years in the making. This is a nice machine for the price. Thank you Bissell.

I replaced my Eureka Enviro Streamer with this after reading the great reviews. However, in less than 2 years the PowerFresh stopped making steam. I only used it once every 2 weeks. I did all the troubleshooting recommended but it still doesn't work. My Eureka lasted more than 6 years. Even though it does a good job when it's working as it should, I would not recommend this due to its short life cycle, and I won't be purchasing this again.

I purchased this for different reasons: The washable and reusable pads. My back has pain issues, so I did not have to put too much effort into an exceptional clean. I have always loved Bissell products and the foundation to help homeless pets. So, it is always my first choice. But this device rarely creates steam, and always seems on the 'the fritz' when I need it. When it works, it works well. But with five rescue dogs on my own, I need 100% reliability.

I am so pleased with this product. Recently, i had to let go of our cleaning lady. i have been through quite a few as the house was not cleaned thoroughly. I started to do the work myself and make it easier by purchasing a steam mop. let me just say that when i hired a cleaning person, you could never walk around in white sox. Now that i use this steam mop, our sox remain white as my floors are now crystal clean! love love love this product vey easy to use. Many thanks Bissel!

I loved this steamer, using distilled water, it made my tile floor so smooth and clean!!! I would usually do each area two times each time with a fresh floor pad, I just really liked the way it cleaned. Then two weeks ago as I was on round two in the kitchen, just like that, NOTHING!! DEAD!!! I am really sad, since I have tried the Shark and I must say it does not work nearly as nice. After reading other comments it seem like this is a re-occurring issue, now what?? Do I need to find another brand?? I really like everything about this machine, easy to use, light weight, great heat, but it needed to live longer. I feel I year is way too short of a life.

I can't begin to tell you how much l love this appliance! My daughter in law gave it to me as a gift...I use it about twice a month for all my hardwood floors! I've even bought one for each of my daughters and daughters in law. It has changed my life....no more getting down on my hands and knees to wash my floors. And, I can do the whole area in about 15 minutes. It is my new, favorite appliance! No cons!
