I actually won this steam mop, and I was so excited to use it.. It works great and is easier for me since I have arthritis and there is no wringing of a rag mop or anything. It cleaned the floor to a squeeking clean.. No more sticky floors. Can't say enough about it!

I bought this steamer to clean my tile and laminate floors. I was using the BONA system before which was also great but it is so nice not to have to keep running back and forth to the laundry room. Heats up quickly, does a beautiful job of cleaning the floors and the grout lines. So happy I got this.

Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop where have you been all my life! This product is so easy to put together and use. It cleans up pet messes in a flash. I was able to clean all my floors in less time it used to take me to wash my kitchen floor on my hands and knees and this product had the floors bright and shiny with no film or streaks! The other benefit for me since I do have pets is that the floor is dry almost instantly so no trying to keep the dogs off the floor while it dries! It is so easy to use now I can clean up the wet dog streaks and slobber off the floor at any time! I used to spot clean these messes until I had enough time to wash my floors on the weekend. No more, now I can get this product out and do my whole floor at any time! Which means I have more time on the weekends for other things and who doesn't want that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My steamer was not a defective fluke. My in laws bought three (per them, it's Bissell, the best); however, all three lasted the same amount of time, about six months. Your steamer is incapable of steaming twice a week and only go the distance from f six months or less. The cost of the steamer is not what I consider to be a disposable kitchen cleaning item. It really sucks Bissell. Shame on you.

My Dad bought this steam mop and was telling me great it was, so I bought one too. I knew if he liked it that it must be good. And he was right! I absolutely LOVE my steam mop. It changes everything. I used to wash on my hands and knees, but I'm not able to do that anymore, and this is the closest thing I've found. The floors get super clean and it's actually fun! You get 2 mop covers, so I do the kitchen, then foyer & then end with the bathroom on one cover. Then I put on the second one to do the other bathroom. And you just throw them in the washer and dryer after and they're ready for next time. And...the floors dry on their own without having to go around drying them with a rag under your foot! Treat yourself to this!

I have just gone through my 3rd PowerFresh steam mop. It is absolutely the best thing I have ever used for my tile and laminate wood flooring. The bummer is they last maybe 6 months before problems start with the mop. My latest one has steam dripping out he back and will no longer heat up. I don't want to send it the cut cord again for a new one! I just want one that works properly for more than a year. I'm going to throw this one out with the trash and buy a different brand that gets good reviews. Totally bummed because I literally use this mop daily and now I'm out my favorite cleaning tool!

I have an older linoleum floor in my kitchen and I have used this steamer twice, and I can tell you it got so much old dirt up from the floor, I was amazed how great of a job it did. My previous steamer which I won't mention the brand did not come close to getting my floor clean as this one. Thanks Bissell.

Easy to use. Not a big issues to get it out and quickly mop floors. I have a spin wave, too and love it but it is much more of a project to use since you have dirty water to dump and in my case, lots of dog hair to get rinsed out of the tank before continuing to mop. The steam cleaner is only a mop so you have to vacuum first, but it cleans quick and easily!

I love this steam mop! I used to have a Shark steam mop and it died so I got this as a replacement. It heats up super fast and I love that I don't have to pump it like the Shark, which would end up hurting my shoulder by the time I finished cleaning 1000 sq ft of wood floor. This cleans really fast and it is easy to push around. It doesn't leave streaks and gets all the puppy paw prints up quickly.

I first used it on my bath room that over a number years had become increasingly dirty; I could not remove it with ordinary floor cleaner with and ordinary mop. The Bissell mop achieved what I could not and now my floor is really clean. The vinyl flooring looks just it did when it was installed. My next floor cleaning project with the Bissell mop is my kitchen floor. The years have also left down deep dirt & grime. I predict that it will do the same fantastic job that it did in my bathroom.
