I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago and I have used it 3 three times. I am very happy with it so far, its easy to use and does a wonderful job. My vinyl kitchen floor looks amazing. Super clean, bright & shiny. This also did a nice job on my bathroom floor. I have been using the distilled water as suggested in the instructions, I am not taking any chances. This steam mop also came with an attachment to refresh carpets, I look forward to trying it out.

I have had my Bissell Powerfresh Steam Mop for about 3 weeks now. Have used it three times so far. What I see, I like. The cord is a decent length compared to some other models. I still have to attach an extension cord to do the entire area I need to (a combined living, dining, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and stairs going up), but that's fine. The entire product is heavy/durable plastic - would like to see more aluminum/metal/etc. for long term use, but guess that's modern manufacturing for you. The plastic probably helps with the unit to be light/portable, so that's the trade off. The unit is appealing in terms of white and blue color tones. The minute I plugged my unit in it is off to the races - this thing heated up in 15 seconds- honest. Be ready to do your work once you plug this thing in - no in between time. My old unit would take 15 minutes to get the high heat temp setting. I like how the refillable water cup is easily removed and re-inserted right in to the unit - no need for funnels, no cups to bring water to the unit and splash all over the place, etc. Very convenient. I like the three settings in temps of low, medium and high heats for different areas of cleaning/disinfection. Powers up and down very easily with setting area on the front of the lower unit - two presses and it's on or off. The unit cools very easily too. I like that it comes with two soft pads - one for heavy scrubbing and other for basic cleaning. You need two minimum as one will be in the wash and other on the machine. I bought two extra sets to be safe. I probably will get 2 more as I like my pads to clean up well and once they start looking heavily stained after many uses/washes, I toss them. I have bought the Eucalyptus scented distilled water product from Bissell earlier and will use this in the machine so, no build up happens later and causes unit issues. I agree with another reviewer that having a pad/station to rest the unit on would be nice. It heats up so fast and does need a little cooling down period that this would be nice to not cause any standing damage to the flooring. For now, I use my old docking station to the previous unit I had. The head of this mop pivots back and forth in many directions and this is a plus for betting into nooks and crannies. The low profile works great for getting under furniture pieces too. So, far I really like this piece. I am hopeful the power unit and cord does not short over time like the last two Eureka steam mops I had. I am confident Bissell will honor any issues in their warranty period. Price is good and they deliver fast too. Super easy to assemble - 2-3 steps and you are done. Fill out their warranty/registration card and should be fine. I just did mine. I give the Bissell PowerFresh Steam mop five stars!

I have pergo in my house, and i'm always 'sponge' mopping. . ..NO MORE. . .this thing is the cat's meow! My floors have never been this clean, and it's way easier than wringing out a sponge mop every other stroke. I wish I would have bought one of these long ago. Stop wasting your money on mops/pine SOL. The only short coming i could find is the water cup could be a little bigger. I had to fill it twice for my average size house.

Love this mop, gets my floor so clean. I was surprised at how much dirt the mop was lifting up! I posted before and after pictures to Facebook and my friends are amazed! Only minor issue I have is the floor can get very wet at times. If anyone's using a hardwood floor, I would suggest putting floor polish afterwards to prevent drying out.

I purchased this steam mop about 3 weeks ago and have used it every week since when doing my weekly cleaning. It was incredibly easy to put together and just as easy to use. I am following the recommendation of using distilled water to prolong it's life. I have had 2 other steam mops prior to this one by a different manufacturer and i have to say this is by far a more superior product. I love the feeling of knowing that my floors are as clean as possible - my boyfriend thinks I am obsessed with it - LOL

I have three dogs and I must say, this is The BEST mop I have ever owned!!!! My floors are clean in a fraction of the time, with impressive results, and without all the chemicals. If you are hesitant, do yourself a favor, make the purchase, you won't be sorry!!!!!! I also purchased the 3-in-1 vac which makes sweeping all that dog hair a breeze!!!

Excellent tool. Much better than Shark or Eureka steamers I previously owned/used. Design makes it very maneuverable in tight spaces and the long electric supply cord minimizes switching outlets. Heats up quickly after filling the reservoir and dispenses plenty of steam. Definitely recommend this steamer.

I was really excited to get this mop, so I could toss the old bucket away. However, I found this very difficult to use. It did not go forward. The pad kept getting caught and going underneath. I tried the other pad and same thing happened. When it did work, the pad got dirty, so I assumed it worked. It seems like the elastic is not tight enough. I am really bummed. I will be returning this.

Got my first steam mop ever. I have had Bissell sweepers for many years and this is as good as they are. I used it for the first time last weekend and was impressed with how well it cleans without soap. My husband has severe COPD and this is wonderful - no smells or scents to bother him - and my floors were spotless and dry in minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who has a breathing problem (and to anyone who wants a clean foor in a hurry.

I had mopped my floors several days before but when the mop came, I decided to give it a whirl. I was shocked at how dirty the mop pad was. It wasn't just dirty, it was gross. I'm glad I made the purchase. I wish it came with more attachments!
