Received the PowerFresh Steam Mop a few days ago. Used it this morning, I put it together in just a few minutes added distilled water it heated in 30 seconds and was cleaning the tile floors. I cannot believe how easy it is to use and how clean the tile and grout are. Sorry I didn't order one sooner, my husband could not believe the short time it took to clean all the floors. I am one happy person, love the Power Steam Mop.

I had been contemplating getting a steam mop for years and was checking out the bissell 1940A and found the product pricing reasonable. I read many reviews and it seemed to have good rating so I decided to purchase it. I have had it for about a week now. I have been using it regularly and am very happy with it. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

This steamer is excellent for anyone including disabled and elderly. At 84 years of age it was easy to use right away and was NOT too heavy or large. Also was able to do entire apartment with one container of water. Floors were clean and so much easier than a bucket and mop. A plus that it also sanitizers floors -- even in bath. I purchased this product in June and have used it twice. I was an absolutely die-hard hands and knees type of floor cleaning fanatic. Since our entire 3000 square ft. home has tile floors, mopping was always an all day job. Much to my surprise, I LOVE my PowerFresh Steam mop! The floor feels so clean and it takes half the time to clean without sore knees! I researched on line prior to purchase and am glad to report that the raves are truly accurate. For ease, convenience and powerful cleaning this is definitely the right product. It is lightweight and filling the water reservoir is very convenient. Thanks, Bissell.

This is a very light weight unit that heats very quickly and has a very long cord that reached two different rooms without unplugging. The mop heads are easy to install, the directions for use simple and plain, the added scrubber brush useful, and the different steam settings helpful. Best investment I have made in years.

Used my new Bissell Powerfresh steam mop for the first time on my tile floor. It was easy to assemble and an absolute pleasure to use. It did a great job cleaning, even those protein stains from my pets' eye goobers. Even steamed out some old grout stains.

Since I had this product the spout cap has broke twice which leaks the fluid out! I have had my machine a little over a year and know the machine will not even turn on and no help for bissell ! Run away from this product do not buy I threw my money out the door! I am very dissatisfied .

This so call steam mop took the shine off of my hardwood floors. This is the "WORST". When I would try and move it across the floor, it wouldn't move. It was so hard to do so. What a waste of money. I will probably throw it out or give it away. You know this mop is no good.

I love it for cleaning my tile floor (entire first floor). It doesn't clean the grout- it can't reach the grout, but it does a great job on the tile. My first bissell was replaced when it would not heat up after about a month. Fill out your warranty card :) If there is a problem it will pay off.

For the past 5 years I have used a Shark steam mop. My 3rd one finally died and I read the reviews for this Bissell 1940 and decided to give it a try. I will NEVER go back to a Shark steam mop again! I love all the features of my Bissell, the carpet glider has helped sanitize my carpet after a family round of the flu hit this past spring. I would love to have a handheld steamer by Bissell because I am sure it would surpass any others on the market. The warranty on this mop is phenomenonal and it proves Bissell stands by their products. The handle on this mop is great for taller people, you don't have to bend over to mop. I highly recommend this steam mop over any other brand out there!
