Love my new cleaner. I have all tile in my home except bedrooms and this cleaned my floors great. I use distilled water and mix a bit of the spring breeze scented water with it along with the discs to give my house a great smell. Floors dry quickly, and its so easy to use. So glad i bought this,wish i had done it sooner, no more mops for me....

I am totally in love with this steam mop! Just used it tonight for the first time on my laminate wood and tile floors. It cleaned like a dream and I loved the samples of the scent discs so much that I purchased two more packs. Finally no more foot prints or streaks on the floors!

This cleaner greatly reduces the time and effort needed to mop my tile & concrete floors, which I love. My only con, and it's small, is the mop pads could be held a bit tighter on the front side, they act as though they might come loose if I have to push with much force, although that hasn't happened.

I did love this steam mop until I went to use it and it was not working. Unit stopped producing steam but still heats up which could be a fire hazard. We tried all the troubleshooting recommendations on the website but nothing worked. Very disappointed considering we barely used this unit as we normally have a cleaner who uses her own mop. It's products like these that fill up our landfills. Very disappointed

I just used mine for the first time. Liked the ease of setting up and starting it up the first time. However, I turned it off for a few minutes while I vacuumed another spot before steaming. When I picked up the mop it left lime on the grout and tile that now won't come up. It looks terrible. I've tried everything to get it up and it won't come up. Ideas?

I purchased this after looking at a lot of reviews online. My Shark steam mop had died and it was between this and another Shark. I like this one better than my old Shark. I got a steam mop (my old Shark) after trying MANY different floor cleaning solutions on my wood floors and being dissatisfied with the streaks they left. So when my old one died, I knew I wanted to replace it. It makes cleaning up pet paw prints so much easier! I got some extra mop heads so if one gets too dirty, I can just swap it out and keep going. Just make sure that you don't let it stay in one place on more sensitive materials like engineered wood floors because the steam could ruin them. The quick pass with the steam mop hasn't hurt mine at all. I even use it on the floor of my walk-in shower to non-chemically kill bacteria while I am at it (though I know that some bacteria aren't killed by the brief exposure to steam). This little machine makes it so much easier to keep my beautiful floors looking great! I will never go without a steam mop again!

This product does a great job beautiful floors everything is fantastic my entire house is vinyl floors but it only does a great job if someone else is using it. I have problems in my back and shoulders and hands. I cannot push the handle, with the floor mop back and forth which is needed there is too much resistance with the Steam wet pads please let me know if I should be some doing something else to ease this problem or I'm going to have to send it back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home is hardwood, and tile and my steam mop is very good at keeping them pristine, and I have a neat freak furbaby, who loves clean as much as we do. The one recommendation I have is, I think the controls should be on the handle, and not the body of the mop, it would make using the mop simpler to use IMOP, the steam needs to be hotter too, I am on your website in order to find an updated version of a nice electric mop.

This mop is by far the best thing to ever happen to my floors! I was using a popular store bought mop for years. That mop cost me a lot of money in upkeep and disposable pads in comparison to my new Bissell. When I moved into a new home with new flooring.. I needed a better way to clean my hardwood floors without having to put too much out from my pocket and too much muscle power to move it. Enter the PowerFresh Steam Mop.. Pros: Very lightweight and compact size makes it a breeze to use and simple to store just about anywhere. It has two reusable pads that are machine washable. These are wonderful and have remained as new after multiple washings in a front loader washing machine. Simply remove and set out to air dry overnight and you're ready to go for next time. With the added feature of being a steam mop, it surpasses my previous non-steam mop by leaps and bounds! The steam is a dream! I no longer have to push down to feel like I am cleaning the floor. The water hopper is easy to refill and slide back in while I am still cleaning. I do not have to turn off the mop.. bonus! The power cord is quite long making it easy to mop the entire floor (including going around corners) without having to move to a different outlet. I love the added fragrance from the optional fresh discs! They are a tad bigger than the slot that is stitched into the underside of the pads, but they do fit after a bit of wiggling. You can split the discs in half making them go farther, but I am one who prefers to use a whole disc.. mainly due to the size of the floor I am cleaning. Cons: Not a one! The only thing I would suggest to the R&D team is to look into the possibility of making this cordless. I constantly find myself wishing I was not tethered to an outlet. Not sure how well it would work being cordless (power consumption?) and the batteries would most likely raise the cost of the unit.. but I believe it would be worth it, if at all possible. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my PowerFresh Steam Mop! It is a huge upgrade from most other mops I have used!

Love this little steam machine - makes quick work out of messy clean ups!!! We have enamel painted wood floors in the kitchen, dining, and family room and this mop does an excellent job at cleaning up muddy paw prints and toddler spills!!! My one and only complaint is the mop head cover tends to pull away and wrinkle under the front of the mop as you push and pull the mop ):
