I have had many cleaning tools in my lifetime (age 64) and this Bissell is by far the best! I had a steam mop prior to this one and it did not do a good job at all, it left my tile looking streaky and dingy, plus I was exhausted by the time I was finished. It took forever to get the floor looking clean, and the steam/water did not come out enough. But this Bissell is wonderful. Now washing my floors are a breeze and I am finished in no time! I did not have to work hard at all...no pressing down on the mop and making my arms tired. I would make sure to tell people to use the distilled water that they tell you to use. I read other reviews that said their machine stopped after 6 months, or was spraying out the back. My daughter has this product too (that is how I learned about it) and she too has had no problems. Distilled water if very cheap and will add to the lifetime of your Steam Mop. Don't hesitate to buy this mop.

Used the mop on tile and very good results. Not so on my hard wood, there are areas of abrasions about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long over the entire area that I cleaned. Now having the flooring installer screen and reapply poly. The mop cover was new (first time used). Be careful on your hard wood!!!!!

I love this cleaner! I am ashamed to say I have been using a nasty mop and bucket for years! This steam mop definitely shows a difference on my floors. I have used it on tile and hardwood and they both held up nicely! I used the light setting on hardwood and medium on tile, especially in the bathroom to sanitize. The cleaning solution they sell smells wonderful, but just plain ol water works too! Its amazing how dirty the pad is after using. Highly recommend!

I purchased this after looking at a lot of reviews online. My Shark steam mop had died and it was between this and another Shark. I like this one better than my old Shark. I got a steam mop (my old Shark) after trying MANY different floor cleaning solutions on my wood floors and being dissatisfied with the streaks they left. So when my old one died, I knew I wanted to replace it. It makes cleaning up pet paw prints so much easier! I got some extra mop heads so if one gets too dirty, I can just swap it out and keep going. Just make sure that you don't let it stay in one place on more sensitive materials like engineered wood floors because the steam could ruin them. The quick pass with the steam mop hasn't hurt mine at all. I even use it on the floor of my walk-in shower to non-chemically kill bacteria while I am at it (though I know that some bacteria aren't killed by the brief exposure to steam). This little machine makes it so much easier to keep my beautiful floors looking great! I will never go without a steam mop again!

I did love this steam mop until I went to use it and it was not working. Unit stopped producing steam but still heats up which could be a fire hazard. We tried all the troubleshooting recommendations on the website but nothing worked. Very disappointed considering we barely used this unit as we normally have a cleaner who uses her own mop. It's products like these that fill up our landfills. Very disappointed

I am so glad my last steam mop broke! Because that gave me a reason to buy this steam mop. I have a 1,085 square foot, two bedroom and one bath home that is completely hard floors. No carpet at all of any kind. I also have eight dogs and two cats so I mop quite often. I was able to do my whole home with this mop using only one tank of water because I kept it mostly on the second level of steam and I only had to change plug ins one time. I love the scent discs this came with and I will for sure be buying more. I was even surprised to find out it came with a carpet refresher that I will use on my area rugs in my kitchen. I did see someone say that they couldn't turn it off and had to walk across the mopped floor to unplug it. NO you don't! Just hit the steam level button again until the steam goes off. I also love how I had this mop together and going in about five minutes. I also saw one lady say she had to wait for the machine to warm back up after each time she changed plug ins. Again, NO you don't! I went immediately from one plug in to another and it started right back up ready to go instantly. I have no complaints about this machine at all. I love it!

I had always trust this company to deliver high quality working products.to bring good products to us.in this age and time we cant afford to do returns due to the covid 19.im not taking another risk to return it.this product at first worked.after that I threw it out to trash.i was realy disappointed. I hate to even give a negative review.

I just used mine for the first time. Liked the ease of setting up and starting it up the first time. However, I turned it off for a few minutes while I vacuumed another spot before steaming. When I picked up the mop it left lime on the grout and tile that now won't come up. It looks terrible. I've tried everything to get it up and it won't come up. Ideas?

This product does a great job beautiful floors everything is fantastic my entire house is vinyl floors but it only does a great job if someone else is using it. I have problems in my back and shoulders and hands. I cannot push the handle, with the floor mop back and forth which is needed there is too much resistance with the Steam wet pads please let me know if I should be some doing something else to ease this problem or I'm going to have to send it back

I haven't even had a chance to use it myself.. My daughter and granddaughter took it over and cleaned some spots in the dining room and kitchen we have previously not been able to remove.. This steam mop works great for hard to remove spots and regular cleaning.. One problem we did have is our kitchen floor is stick on tiles.. they started coming up after being exposed to the heat. We will reseal them and try again; I'm hoping this will not continue to be a problem since this mop is a great cleaning tool.. I do wish the carpet shield had come with it though; although we also have a Bissell carpet steamer, my daughter wanted to try this steamer on the carpet too.. so we may be ordering that item. I do like the fact that the pads are washable, so you really don't have to buy lots of extra pads..
