[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as much as I love the convenience of the wash and dry feature, it can take almost 3 hours for full cycle. I do love that it’s ventless and runs on 120 V

We bought this about two months ago and it's a good time saver. The only problem is the drying time. It doesn't always get everything dry. So some loads have too run longer.

This is such a great thing, combo washer/dryer all in one. still learning how to use it with all the features . the drying is a bit longer. But great space saver

Product is 6 months old and has a drying issue for 3 of those months. LG does not stand behind the product and leaves the customer completely on their own when there is an issue.

Has already saved me so much time. It is nice just to come back to clean and dry laundry and not having to switch machines. Works great - still figuring out all the cycles but favorite is AI cycle

Works fine for me. Would probably work for a family of 3 or less. Wash and dry times are pretty long, so don’t expect to do more than one load or so on a weekday.
