It's early, but so far the machine has lived up to advertised capabilities. The duct run for my previous machine was too long with no resolution other than going through the roof. The heat pump dryer solved the problem and eliminated a fire resk.

This All in one washer dryer is just what I needed. I love the way my laundry feels when I take it out after a wah & dry. There's no static in my clothes, so I save money by not having to buy softeners. There's no transferring loads between machines. The delay start has more flexibility that suits my needs. I got the pedestal, so the drum is at a comfortable level. The machine saves space in my tiny mobilehome-sized area. I almost forgot to mention how easy it is to operate. This is so well suited to my needs I can't think of anything I would change.

This Washer And Dryer combo is the best. The only thing is that I'm not used to putting it together washer time and dryer time so it does equal to the same amount that the machine says.. the usual time to wash is about 30 to 40 minutes for a regular washer and the dryer is about 40 minutes. Regular dryer.. I just gotta get used to it the total time the machine says., other than that is the best purchase I ever made!! The LG then application needs help describing what the problem is knowing that my machine is done is great and the one if there is a problem with it, text to my phone, not notification!

We were not sure at first if this was a good thing, wow we love it. In a condo with limited space it gives more possibilities. This machine ha no vent but, does the job. There is no more waiting for the load to be done then transfer to the dryer. Its set anf forget. When the music plays the cloths are warm and clean

This machine is an engineering marvel. We love it as it uses 120 volts. It is the quietest machine we have ever owned. It saves money by dispensing the correct amount of detergent and softener. It does give one the option to add more detergent and softener. No need to do anything. The built-in sensors will do this for you. It also has the dryer option built-in to the unit. Yes, there is some learning to be done in order to get the most out this machine. Well worth it. Just take the time to read what the instruction manual tells one to do and the prompts. There are also many videos on You Tube on how to use this machine.

I really love the concept, look and machine capabilities. I have wanted one for a while and chose the LG. unfortunately there are two areas the instructions are not clear on and i can't seem to get right. one is the ability to shut off the softener when doing towels etc. the other is when choosing say,, towels, it only went to wash, and I had to turn dry on. but still trying to figure it out.

There was a small dent in the side that I noticed after delivery but I wasn't going to go through the hassle of returning. I have only had it one week so I have only done 2 loads of laundry. I used the energy saving drying mode and the load of towels was just slightly damp after 2 and a half hours of drying when the cycle automatically stopped. I haven't played around with the other modes to see if they dry more effectively.

In the beginning, I loved the machine. It washed well and dried the clothes well in a reasonable amount of time and I did not have to think about when to move the items from one machine into the other. Unfortunately, about seven months in, I started with lint and drying time issues. I ruined several black items where the lint would just not come off and had given up on the machine and was washing my black items by hand. As for drying time, it became longer and longer and still, the clothes were never dry. I was faithful cleaning my machine and filters after each load with the brush provided as well as wiping out my machine with a clean, damp cloth. and then started doing that after each wash load and each dry load, all to no avail. I finally went on line and watched several professionals who were dealing with these same issues on their LG service calls. Now, I clean the entire machine, gasket, filters and drum after each load with my Dyson hand-held vacuum cleaner and remove a sizeable amount of lint from each of these areas, even when I wash clothing where there should be little to no lint coming from the fabric. At this point, I am spending more time cleaning my machine than doing laundry, however, my clothes are now drying in the time the machine says they will. If I could replace the machine with the now available LG wash tower, I would do it in a heartbeat. I really wanted to love this machine but at this point, unless you absolutely insist on having only one machine do it all, I would advise others to go with the LG wash tower. My son purchased one recently after learning of my issues with the All in One machine and after having used it several times now, It does a much quicker job of washing and drying and the lint all ends up in the lint trap, not on the clothes.

This washer dryer combo is absolutely awful. The wash dry combo cycle takes approximately 3 to 5 hours depending on load size. Even with the load half full, nothing comes out dry. Every time I have had to add another dry only cycle for another hour or more. Do not waste your money on this product. You will absolutely regret it.

This unit does not vent or dry properly and requires constant maintenance. Drying time is ridiculously long and often takes an entire day to do one load of laundry. Wish I could return it.
