I just bought the washer dryer about a week ago and it has its pros and cons. Pros: It is convenient that you can wash and dry the clothes all in one machine. You can fill up the laundry detergent dispenser to last for several loads. You can follow how your load is going and if it is done in the app. Cons: We consistently have to dry every load twice. We have tried several ways to wash/dry the clothes so that they are actually dry at the end. This includes only filling the washer/dryer halfway with clothes, wash and dry followed by dry only, wash and dry AI followed by dry only, wash by itself then dry only 120 minutes (all which required an extra dry session). It would be really helpful to be able to dry it right the first time and if there was a function to make clothing more dry instead of a consistent damp. The lint filter is also difficult to pull out without breaking.

Excellent machine! We are very pleased with our LG All in One washer dryer. It’s great for us our laundry room is small and having the All in One makes it look big. Having the extra room is a real benefit. Not haven to switch laundry to a dryer is fantastic. We just put our laundry in push the button and walk away. The app on our phone notifies us when everything is done. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this maybe a month ago I am very happy with it. There are a couple of things I wish was on it. Sometimes I just like to air dry for freshness, and I haven’t figured out how to do that yet And I have a problem with it going off balance because my load isn’t big enough, but it’s just me. I love how I can put my quilts in there and they wash and dry in like an hour and 52 minutes. Sometimes it just takes longer to dry things. All in all, I am happy What?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the washer and all but we have only used it 40 times and a clip on the filter broke. So it doesn’t go through a whole cycle without the filter saying it’s popped up. So we have to keep something heavy on top of it so it goes through the cycle. Would be great if we could get a new filter since we have insurance on it.

I have had the machine for almost 3 months now, the machine has a flaw we have to clean it about every week to get it to dry better. I have been advised to trip the circuit to get it to dry properly. I feel like I have bought a test machine and I am doing a QA on a machine that doesn't have all the kinks worked out. My biggest disappointment is the drying of towels, the machine will wash the towels and the towels stick to the drum so when the drying starts it sticks to the side drying and the towels are hard partially dried. The other thing is that the dryer will get to 4 minutes left and will run for hours still showing 4 minutes. I am disappointed I thought we were getting a top notch machine but it appears we were given a machine that is not ready for prime time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new LG for 6 weeks. It has met all my expectations. I have Wi-Fi capability but have not used that feature yet. It automatically dispenses detergent and softener. I probably have been using too much detergent until now as I filled the automatic dispenser on first wash and have yet to refill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about 6 months ago and trust me I was skeptical! However this is the best appliance u have purchased ever! If used correctly you have washed and dried clothes in just a few hours! I learned alot in the last 6 months...small loads are key and dry much faster. However I have washed and dried large comforters and pillows before and it did gemreat just needed to dry for a while. The clothes feel wet when you touch them after it dries...don't worry and just put them out and they instantly feel dry! I fill the reservoirs every once in a while and it automatically dispenses the amount you want which is a huge plus! No more dryer sheets and clothes don't have static! You do have to wash the filter every few months or the dry cycle will stay on and won't recognize that the load is dry...lesson learned. It's a great machine I actually had a sevice call done because of not washing my filter and LG came out to show me how to wash and gave me a new one which was amazing! I also had the pleasure of meeting the engineer behind the machine which was sort of fun. Anyways if you constantly forget your clothes in washer and have to re wash your loads and dewrinkle I would highly suggest this unit! It's saves space and looks amazing and does it's job! I'll never go back...combo forever!

I absolutely love this washer/dryer combo. We have it in our powder room on the main level. It does a great job, the washer/ dryer senses the load and determines how long it needs to go for. The longest load so far has been almost 3 hours but most around 2 hours.

It’s been a little over 2 weeks and I’m very pleased with my unit. My daughter was so very impressed with all the features and the sleek and stylish appearance. I especially love the additional wash cycles you get in the app. Everything comes out super clean, smelling amazing and the best part is, I don’t have to keep running back and forth between a washer and a dryer and transferring loads upon loads of wet clothing. This is an absolute game changer in how I do laundry.
