Not a good product, too expensive, long operating
This unit does not vent or dry properly and requires constant maintenance. Drying time is ridiculously long and often takes an entire day to do one load of laundry. Wish I could return it.

This product is quiet and doesn't vibrate. Drying time can take 6 to 12 hours to dry and usually will still be damp! This completely destroys the efficiency. Great concept IF it worked correctly.

Save Yourself!
Worst mistake you will make! Ask any repair person. The dryer will stop working constantly as the compressors are defective. Very expensive fix just for the same issue to arise again. Save yourself the headache .

Poor product!
Only cycle that works is Permanent Press. None of the other cycles (towels, bedding, etc) dry at all. Soap pods generally do not break open. When they do, clothes tend to stain. Excessive lint buildup on each cycle but permanent press. Make sure you get the extended warranty (I didn’t!) so you can get a replacement product. Definitely NOT what I expected from a LG product.

DO NOT BUY this. HORRBLE Product
Deserves ZERO stars. My elderly mother purchased this washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately, she did not read the reviews prior. This was a very expensive purchase, for her and she is living on a fixed income so now she is stuck with the absolute rip-off. Shame on LG for selling a product that you knew was awful. It takes all day, literally, to wash and dry one light load. We have followed all of the instructions on use, care and maintenance, and it still does not perform as it should, especially for the price. I get angry every time I look at the machine, knowing she made a terrible purchase that is nothing less than a huge disappointment and a waste of money. LG should not have sold this product. She cannot afford to go out and purchase another one and she shouldn't have to. Again, shame on you LG for selling this, I know it had to be tested before rolling it out to consumers, yet you knowingly sold a faulty product at the expense of the consumers who trusted your brand.

Happy with all n one washer dryer.
I have had this machine two years. For about 8 months it didn't work well. Finally I put a level on it and it was not level. I raised all the legs and used a 4 foot level to level it with the bubble closer to the back line but inside the lines. Works way better. Lint that had collected along the front of the drum gone! Generally finishing on time. Very happy that I can start a load, leave, and come back to dry clothes. Clean the condenser everything it gets build-up. Approximately every 25-30 loads.

i wrote a long review and it disappeared. imagine that. this combo does not dry clothes. washes good. drying 2 pairs of jeans, 10 light undershirts by hanes, 10 pairs of light boxers and one thin towel takes 8 to 10 hours. not 2. and you cant leave your house. it will catch fire. it gets so hot u can feel it in the next room and it makes loud and terrible noises. u have to check on it all the time and the lint doesnt get up to the ontop lint trap. its always around the rubber door rim and foor window and in little holes in the rubber gaskets. your suppose to wipe it. the seal, with a damp cloth. and everytime u check it its linty again. u have to take ur machine apart every 10 cycles and take the lint off the coils. and out of the lint trap on top of the machine and the door seal and the 2 vents in the door seal. do not buy this combo. we wasted so much money and lg glosses over drying complaints. talks about things the customers never complained about. ppl say notify me when we can trade this in or call me when theres a class action suit. its that bad. if u wash towels expect the dryer to be running 10 plus hours and then u hang them outside on the deck rail cause they are still damp. same for jeans. same for mens 3xlt tshirts. bedding? thats a joke! big enuff to fit but it wont dry.

Avoid this product if you want to keep your sanity
When it works, it works great. I've had this machine since August 2024 and have had several service calls in an attempt to correct a recurring issue of extremely high dry times. I've experienced dry times of 16 hours for two loads of laundry for two people. Disappointing for a large capacity drum. This machine requires additional maintenance from typical dryers, for example, requiring to drain water (if it's not clogged) and having two lint traps (one dry, one wet). Also having to keep the condenser fins free of lint. I like that I can schedule a start time which comes in handy when having to deal with such long drying times. The machine is quite even in spin cycle with little noticeable vibration (the machine doesn't “walk”) It's a great concept poorly developed/executed.

Awful product!
I bought this in February 2025. It's the worst purchase I've ever made. It takes forever to do a load of laundry (wash & dry). It requires more cleaning maintenance than a regular dryer. A regular dryer hardly has any lint buildup if you don't use a dryer sheet. This combo washer/dryer always has lint buildup in the lint trap as well as all around the rubber inside when you open the door. As this is a combo, you can't add a dryer sheet. The lint also builds up behind the lint trap and although the manual says to remove that piece to clean the lint, the piece IS NOT removable. The only fabric softner dispenser is the ez-dispenser which you need to fill up. If you don't use it for every load, you need to change the selection every time. Very disappointed in this product.

Looks great, saves space and saves on work.
Mine is 2 1/5 years old. It looks great and has done a good job until recently. It often leaves the clothes extremely wet (and was set to dry). Load is small and very light soil. I have set it a second time to to dry and so far it does. I like the convenience of the combo. But am concerned on the not drying lately. I wish we'd gotten a book with it. I will search for one on line maybe a fix.
